This clutch control device includes a clutch apparatus configured to connect and disconnect power transmission between a prime mover and an output target, a clutch actuator configured to output a driving force for actuating the clutch apparatus, and a driving mechanism configured to receive the driving force of the clutch actuator and actuate the clutch apparatus, and the driving mechanism is able to apply a driving force in either a disconnecting direction or a connecting direction to the clutch apparatus.

Clutch control device

A control device includes a connecting member connected to a release operation member of a clutch device, an electric actuator connected to the connecting member, the electric actuator being configured to displace the release operation member through the connecting member, a control unit configured to displace the release operation member by driving the electric actuator so as to change a clutch capacity of the clutch device, a first sensor configured to detect an operation amount of the electric actuator with respect to the connecting member, and a second sensor configured to detect displacement amount of the release operation member. The control unit generates characteristic information regarding the clutch capacity, and performs a control to change the clutch capacity. The characteristic information is generated based on each detection result of the first and second sensors at time of driving the electric actuator.

Control device

A control device includes a connecting member connected to a release operation member of a clutch device, an electric actuator for displacing the release operation member through the connecting member, a control unit configured to displace the release operation member by driving the electric actuator so as to change a clutch capacity of the clutch device, a first sensor configured to detect an operation amount of the electric actuator with respect to the connecting member, and a second sensor configured to detect a displacement amount of the release operation member. The control unit is configured to determine whether or not there is an intervention of the manual operation by the operator through the clutch operating element based on each detection result of the first sensor and the second sensor during an automatic control of the clutch device by the electric actuator.

This clutch control device includes a clutch apparatus configured to connect and disconnect power transmission between a prime mover and an output target, a clutch actuator configured to output a driving force for actuating the clutch apparatus, a control unit configured to drive the clutch actuator, and an operating force transmission mechanism configured to transmit an operating force of a driver with respect to a clutch operator to the clutch apparatus, an operating force sensor configured to detect the operating force of the driver is provided in the operating force transmission mechanism, and the control unit drives the clutch actuator according to a detection value of the operating force sensor.

An internal combustion engine which can be miniaturized, even where it includes an oil filter between a hydraulic clutch and an oil pump, without significantly increasing the length of an oil passage for the hydraulic clutch, the oil pump and a hydraulic pressure adjustment apparatus. A second oil filter is provided on an oil pan at a lower portion of the internal combustion engine so as to be disposed at a position at which the second oil filter does not overlap with any of a controlling oil pump and a hydraulic pressure adjustment apparatus as viewed in side elevation and which is lower than those of the oil pump and the hydraulic pressure adjustment apparatus.

Transmission structure for vehicle

A transmission for a vehicle has a main shaft and a counter shaft, which are supported in a transmission case by bearings. Gears on the main shaft and gears on the counter shaft include: shifter gears which are not rotatable but axially movable relative to the shaft, and fixed gears which are rotatable but not axially movable relative to the shaft. Dog clutches are provided between the shifter gears and the fixed gears, and outer races of the bearings supporting the main and counter shafts are affixed to the transmission case. Vibration-absorbing elastic members are pressed against the outer races from axially outside and are set to have a volume of 50% or more of the volume of the outer races. With such configuration, the vibration of the bearings supporting both the main and counter shafts of the transmission is attenuated, and striking noise caused by shifting is reduced.

Transmission

A transmission structure for a vehicle, the transmission structure including: a transmission having a plurality of speed change stages, the transmission including a speed change operation mechanism that has an output portion receiving an input motion produced by an actuator as an operation driving source and changing a speed change stage of the transmission, and a transmission case that houses the speed change operation mechanism, a part of the speed change operation mechanism being a torsion bar as a torque transmitting member, and a rear end gear being disposed on an end portion of the torsion bar; the transmission case including a boss portion holding an intermediate portion in an axial direction of the torsion bar.

An oil supply structure for a power unit includes a working oil pump, a lubrication oil pump, an oil storage section, a working oil pressure detection part and a lubrication hydraulic pressure detection part, the oil storage section including a lubrication oil storage chamber in which a suction section of the lubrication oil pump is opened, and a working oil storage chamber in which a suction section of the working oil pump is opened, and oil overflowed from the working oil storage chamber being stored in the lubrication oil storage chamber.

Oil supply structure for power unit, and power unit

A variable-speed drive device for a power unit to be used in a vehicle equipped with a stopper pin passed through an opening in a master arm for regulating the amount of rotary movement of the master arm. Shock-absorbing device is provided on the master arm or the stopper pin At least a part of the shock-absorbing device is formed to project into the path along which the stopper pin moves relative to the opening of the master arm, from a stopper pin outer surface or from edge portions of a defining edge of the opening in the master arm onto extension of the stopper pin path. As a result, even if the master arm and the stopper pin contact one another at high speed, it is possible to suppress the sound of contact and suppress an increase in the weight of a stopper pin fixing part.

Variable-speed drive device for power unit

A clutch actuator structure provided for an internal combustion engine and a hydraulic clutch mechanism for transmitting a rotational driving force of a crankshaft of said engine includes a clutch actuator for controlling an oil pressure for engaging and disengaging the hydraulic clutch mechanism. The clutch actuator structure ensures that noises generated at the times of operation of the clutch actuator for actuating a hydraulic clutch are prevented from being transmitted to the exterior. The clutch actuator structure includes an oil sump part for reserving oil provided in the periphery of a clutch actuator. The clutch actuator is disposed in the oil sump part.

Clutch actuator structure

A shifter gear for reducing a thrust load that occurs in a shifter gear for restraining friction between the shifter gear and a shift fork. A gear part and an engaging part with the shift fork are disposed at an outer periphery of a base part. The spline is disposed at an inner periphery of the base part. The shifter gear is mounted relatively slidable to a gear shift shaft in an axis direction via the spline and is mounted to be incapable of relative rotation around an axis. The shift fork engaging the engaging part is configured to perform a slide operation on the shifter gear. One part of the spline is configured with a splined collar in an axis direction. The splined collar is a different body from the base part and is able to relatively rotate to the part around an axis.

Shifter gear

A clutch hydraulic pressure control circuit includes: a shift valve for switching the destination to feed hydraulic pressure to a first hydraulic clutch or a second hydraulic clutch; and first and second shift solenoid valves operating synchronously to actuate the shift valve. The two shift solenoid valves include a holding valve for keeping hydraulic pressure fed to the shift valve even when hydraulic pressure supply through one of the first and second shift solenoid valves happens to be shut off while hydraulic pressure is fed through the first and second shift solenoid valves to paths between the shift valve and the shift solenoid valves, or when hydraulic pressure supply through one of the first and second shift solenoid valves happens to occur while no hydraulic pressure is fed through the shift solenoid valves.
