Provided is a reddish light emitting phosphorescent phosphor, that is efficiently excited with visible light and is chemically stable. The phosphorescent phosphor comprises a compound represented by MSiON:Yb,R, wherein M is at least one metal element selected from strontium, calcium, barium, and magnesium, and R is at least one element selected front erbium, holmium, gadolinium, praseodymium, terbium, dysprosium, neodymium, bismuth, scandium, and chromium. The phosphorescent phosphor is an excellent phosphorescent phosphor having a reddish afterglow.

An organic EL device includes an organic EL panel, an ellipsoidal reflector, a phosphor, and a laser. The organic EL panel includes a substrate and at least one organic EL element, and the substrate includes at least one light incident portion on which light is incident from the outside. The ellipsoidal reflector is disposed outside the organic EL panel in such a manner that the phosphor is disposed at a first focal point of the reflector and the light incident portion of the substrate is positioned at a second focal point of the reflector. The laser is disposed outside the organic EL panel in such a manner that the phosphor can be irradiated with a laser beam. Light emitted from the phosphor enters the substrate from the light incident portion. The light emitted from the phosphor that has entered the substrate diffuses in the in-plane direction of the substrate.

Organic EL device

The present invention provides a novel organic EL panel adapted to be color tunable by a user, for example. An organic EL panelof the present invention includes: a first substratea second substratean organic EL elementand a sealing layer. One surface of the first substrateis a mounting surface on which the organic EL elementis disposed. The first substrateand the second substrateare laminated in such a manner that the mounting surface of the first substrateand one surface of the second substrateface each other with the sealing layerinterposed therebetween. The sealing layerseals a gap between the first substrateand the second substratealong an entire periphery of a region where the first substrateand the second substrateface each other. The first substrateincludes a light incident sectionon which laser light is incident and a light guide sectionthat directs the incident laser light in an in-plane direction.

Reducing jitter in signal wiring without requiring a larger circuit scale is difficult in the technology of the related art. A signal wiring system to resolve the above problem therefore includes an output unit to output a differential signal, a receiver unit to receive differential signals from the output unit, a jitter suppression circuit to suppress the amount of the jitter in the differential signal received by the receiver unit according to a suppression coefficient, and a signal wiring unit for conveying a differential signal from the output unit and including a wiring length set according to a suppression coefficient in the jitter suppression circuit.

A receiver circuit includes an equalizer circuit that adjusts reception intensity of an input signal based on an intensity adjustment value to generate a correction input signal; a first holding unit that holds a plurality of data items sampled based on a sampling clock for sampling values of the data items transmitted by the correction input signal in a receiving order; a second holding unit that holds a plurality of values of the correction input signal sampled based on a complementary sampling clock for sampling a boundary value of the data items in a receiving order; and an equalizer control circuit that judges the strength of reception intensity of the correction input signal based on a plurality of output signals of the first holding unit and a plurality of output signals of the second holding unit to update the intensity adjustment value based on the judgment result.

Receiver circuit

It is an object of the present invention to provide an infra-red light emitting phosphor having an excellent chemical stability and desirable light emitting properties. The infra-red light emitting phosphor is represented by a chemical formula: (ANdYb)VO, wherein A represents at least one element selected from yttrium (Y), gadolinium (Gd), lutetium (Lu) and lanthanum (La); x and y respectively satisfy the requirements: 0.01&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.3 and 0.01&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.4, provided that (x+y)&#x2266;0.5 and 0.2&#x2266;(y/x)&#x2266;6. This vanadate phosphor having the constitution described above can act as an infra-red light emitting phosphor having an excellent chemical stability and desirable light emitting properties.

A supporting device for exhibiting golf clubs enabling the easy dismounting and storing of the golf clubs from and onto the supporting device for exhibition when users actually dismount the golf clubs from the supporting device for exhibition, hold them within their hands, and perform a test swing. The supporting device includes a plurality of guide parts for hooking the heads of golf clubs thereto and hooking parts connecting respective guide parts to each other, wherein when the clubs are hooked to the guide parts, they are always arranged in a specified direction at all times. The guide parts are so formed that the inlets of guide parts supporting suspended shafts of the clubs are opened in the front direction so that the shafts of the clubs can be suspended therefrom are visible from the front direction of the supporting device.

Supporting device for exhibiting golf club

A supporting device for exhibiting golf clubs enabling the easy dismounting and storing of the golf clubs from and onto the supporting device. The supporting device includes hook member and a connection member. When the clubs are hooked to the hook members, the clubs are always arranged in a specified direction at all times, and the supporting device for exhibition can be minimized in size and manufactured at low cost. The hook members are configured to let a user hang the clubs from the user's side. Also, the connection parts between the heads and the shafts of the clubs can be observed from the user's side and so as to support the heads and the shafts so that, when the clubs are suspended from the hook members, the clubs do not come out of the opening parts of the hook members.

Supporting device for exhibiting a golf club

A green-light-emitting phosphor of a high emission brightness when excited by blue light emitted from a blue LED is provided. The green-light-emitting phosphor is represented by a formula MSiOXN:Eu, wherein M is at least one element of strontium (Sr), barium (Ba) and calcium (Ca); X is at least one element of chlorine (Cl) and bromine (Br); a is 0.005&#x2266;a&#x2266;0.15 and n is 0.02&#x2266;n&#x2266;0.2. Substitution of a part of the oxygen (O) in a matrix with at least one halogen element of chlorine (Cl) and bromine (Br) gives a green-light-emitting phosphor of higher brightness.

Disclosed is a serial-to-parallel converter/parallel-to-serial converter/FIFO unified circuit which includes a register, a selector and a counter. The register receives serial input data and converts the serial data into parallel data based on frequency-divided multi-phase clock signals from a counter. The selector receives the parallel data from the register to select one of the data in accordance with a control signal. The counter generates the control signal for the selector so that plural items of data will be output serially from the selector in the sequence in which the plural items data have been serially supplied to the register.

A semiconductor circuit according to the present invention includes: a differential input section to receive input differential signals; a load resistance section to output a voltage according to a current output by the differential input section; differential signal output terminals to output a differential signal corresponding to the voltage output from the load resistance section; a low-pass filter to extract a direct-current component of the differential signal output from the differential signal output terminals; and a load adjustment section to feed back the direct-current component extracted by the low-pass filter to adjust a resistance value of the load resistance section.

Disclosed is a clock and data recover circuit including N flip-flops (F/Fs) for sampling an input data signal using N-phase clocks, a phase comparison circuit for performing phase comparison based on outputs of the F/Fs, a filter or smoothing a result of the phase comparison and outputting an up/down signal, up/down counters, each for receiving an output of the filter and counting up or down a count value thereof, a phase shift circuit for adjustably controlling phases of the clocks for edge detection and the clocks for data sampling according to phase control signals from an up/down counter and an up/down counter, respectively, and an up/down control circuit for receiving a control signal for controlling maximum and minimum values of count values of the up/down counter, generating a signal for controlling counting up and down of the up/down counter based on the count value of the up/down counter, and supplying the generated signal to the up/down counter.

A semiconductor device is composed of: an array of CMOS primitive cells provided in a circuit region; a power supply line extended along the array of the CMOS primitive cells and connected to the CMOS primitive cells; a ground line extended along the array of the CMOS primitive cells and connected to the CMOS primitive cells; a first decoupling capacitor provided under the power supply line; a second decoupling capacitor provided under the ground line. The first decoupling capacitor is formed of a PMOS transistor having a gate connected to the ground line. At least one of the source and drain of the PMOS transistor is connected to the power supply line. The second decoupling capacitor is formed of an NMOS transistor having a gate connected to the power supply line. At least one of the source and drain of the NMOS transistor is connected to the ground line.

An orange-emitting phosphor that emits at a high luminance when being excited by blue light emitted by a blue light-emitting diode is provided. This orange-emitting phosphor is an alkaline-earth metal silicate-based phosphor represented by a general formula of a(SrEuYb)O.SiO. In the formula, a is provided as 2.9&#x2266;a&#x2266;3.1, x is provided as 0.005&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.10, and y is provided as 0.001&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.1. An orange-emitting phosphor that emits orange at a high luminance and produces no harmful gas is provided.

A level converter includes a first to fourth transistors formed of a semiconductor having a same conductivity type. The first transistor is connected between a first power supply and a second output terminal, the second transistor is connected between a second power supply and a first output terminal, the third transistor is connected between the first power supply and the first output terminal, the fourth transistor is connected between the second power supply and the second output terminal, the first and the second transistors are input with one of first differential signals and the third and the fourth transistors are input with another of the first differential signals.
