Provided is a screw compressor including a screw rotor configured to compress a gas due to rotation of the screw rotor about an axis of the screw rotor and a casing housing the screw rotor rotatably and provided with a suction port for a gas, the casing being provided with a suction side space through which a gas flowing into the casing from the suction port and not yet sucked by the screw rotor flows. The casing is provided with a heating fluid passage for introducing a heating fluid into the suction side space so as to heat oil staying in the suction side space.

Screw compressor

A sealing system is equipped with a dry gas seal having a rotating ring positioned between a casing and a rotor shaft and around the circumference of the rotor shaft, and stationary rings provided on the casing with elastic members interposed therebetween and so as to be capable of contacting the orthogonal edge surfaces of the rotating ring that are substantially orthogonal to the rotor shaft; a sealing gas channel having one end connected to a discharge channel, the other end connected so as to connect to a space between the casing and the outer perimeter surface of the rotating ring in the dry gas seal, and having a sealing gas regulating valve provided therein; and a drain gas channel having one end connected so as to connect to the space via a through hole formed in the casing below the rotating ring, and the other end connected to an intake channel.

Compressor employing a dry gas seal

An oil separator has a container main body and an flow channel. A partition wall member faces the opening of the flow channel and extends along a wall of the container main body. An upper end member seals the space between the upper end of the partition wall member and the container main body. A side end member seals a space between one side end of the partition wall member and the wall of the container main body. A gap between the partition wall member and the wall of the container main body is narrower than an inner diameter of the flow channel and is largest at an open side end. An outer circumference of the partition wall member is longer than half of the inner diameter of the flow channel and shorter than half of the circumferential length of the inner wall of the container main body.

Oil separator

In a screw compression apparatus in which shaft sealing members () isolate a bearing space () from a rotor chamber () and a lubricating fluid separating collector () separates the rotor lubricating fluid from the target gas discharged by the screw compressor (), rotor lubricating fluid separated by the lubricating fluid separating collector () is introduced into the rotor chamber () via a rotor lubricating flow channel (), and a bearing lubricating system () supplies a bearing lubricating fluid to the bearing space (). The bearing lubricating fluid flowing out from the bearing space () is cooled and returned to the bearing space (). A part of the target gas may be supplied to the shaft sealing members () at a location between carbon rings of the shaft sealing members.

Screw compression apparatus

A screw compressor () is provided with shaft seal sections () located on opposite sides of a compression chamber () of a screw rotor (), to prevent mixing of oil in bearings () into the compression chamber () and leakage of process gas from the compression chamber (). A suction-opening return line () interconnects the shaft seal section () on the discharge side of the compression chamber () and a suction opening () of the compressor body (). A supply-process-gas communicating line () interconnects the suction opening () of the compressor body () and the upper part of the oil supply tank (), and a shaft seal section () divides the inside of the compressor body () and an atmospheric environment.

Oil-free screw compressor

A screw compressor includes a pair of male and female screw rotors which meshes with each other, where a casing storing the pair of screw rotors is divided into a discharge opening neighborhood portion including at least a discharge opening and an other portion other than the discharge opening neighborhood portion, the discharge opening neighborhood portion is configured so as to be removable from the other portion, further, the casing is divided, by two dividing surfaces orthogonal to rotor shafts, into three portions including a rotor casing around the pair of screw rotors, a discharge casing on a side of the discharge opening, and a suction casing on a side of a suction opening, and the discharge opening neighborhood portion is formed by dividing the rotor casing, and is configured so as to be removable from the dividing surface on the side of the discharge opening of a divided rotor casing. According to this configuration, the number of man-hours required for production thereof is reduced, and if operation conditions change, the size of a discharge opening can be easily changed.

A mechanical seal that prevents deposition of a degradation material generated on a sliding interface is to be provided. In a mechanical seal including a sleeve that rotates with a rotating shaft, a seal cover fixed to a housing, a rotating ring attached to the sleeve and a fixed ring attached to the seal cover and disposed in sliding-contact with the rotating ring via a sliding interface perpendicular to the rotating shaft scraping member is provided on the sleeve at a position close to an inner edge of the sliding interface so as to remove a degradation material from the inner edge of the sliding interface.

Mechanical seal

In a compressor bearing for supporting a rotor shaft of a compressor, a first oil groove is formed in a bearing surface on the side opposite to a bearing load acting direction, a second oil groove is formed in a position adjacent to the first oil groove in an anti-rotational direction, a first oil channel and a second oil channel communicating with the first oil groove and the second oil groove, respectively, to supply oil to the first and second oil grooves from an exterior, common oil supply source are provided, a circumferential length of the second oil groove is set larger than that of the first oil groove, and a minimum value of a sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the second oil channel is set smaller than that of a sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the first oil channel. The compressor bearing of such a configuration is small in load induced by oil pressure and exhibits an outstanding rotor shaft cooling effect.

Compressor bearing

In a bearing constituted by a plural-layer slide member, the plural-layer slide member comprises a resin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene as a slide member and a backing strip to which the resin layer is bonded. A fitting hole having a depth exceeding the thickness of the resin layer is formed from the resin layer side. A temperature measuring metallic member formed of a white metal is fitted in the fitting hole. A temperature sensor is positioned within the temperature measuring metallic member. This bearing permits an accurate detection of its temperature. Further, in an oil cooled screw compressor having a bearing lubricating oil supply pipe, a slide surface of the bearing is covered with polyether ether ketone. Even if foaming occurs in the oil, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a mechanical trouble such as galling.

Bearing and screw compressor

A bearing comprising a resin layer, a backing strip and an intermediate layer which bonds the resin layer and the backing strip to each other is disclosed. The bearing undergoes a force from the resin layer side. A corrosion preventing layer is formed on each side face of the bearing so as to cover the intermediate layer. The corrosion preventing layer prevents the intermediate layer from being corroded by gas contained in an atmosphere and lubricating oil which are present around the bearing.

A screw compressor capable of increasing a pressure receiving area of a balance piston, employing a thrust bearing having a large load capacity, and preventing an occurrence of a reverse thrust load state when started. The rotor shaft extending beyond both sides of screw rotors 11, 12 is rotatably supported by radial bearings 13, 14. An input shaft 15 serves as a rotor shaft on the suction side. A rotor shaft on the discharge side is rotatably supported by a thrust bearing 16 at a position farther away from the screw rotors 11, 12 than the radial bearing 14. A balance piston 17 is mounted on the rotor shaft at a position farther away from the screw rotors 11, 12 than the thrust bearing 16. A partitioning wall 31 is provided between the thurst bearing 16 and the balance piston 17. An equalizing flowpassage for directing oil from an oil reservoir of an oil separating and recovering unit provided in the discharge flowpassage without pressurizing it, is provided in a space adjacent the partitioning wall 31 of the balance piston 17.
