A fuel tank includes: a fuel tank main body that stores fuel; and an oil filler port, in which an opening that penetrates the fuel tank main body is provided, a plate member that closes the opening is welded to the fuel tank main body, a strength of the plate member is higher than a strength of the fuel tank main body, and the oil filler port is provided in the plate member.

Fuel tank

An electric vehicle can include a pair of left and right rear wheels configured to be driven by the rotary driving power of a motor supplied with electric power from a battery. A rear body can support the motor and rear wheels, and is attached at the back of a body frame. A battery box houses at least the battery, and is supported by a battery box supporting frame joined to the body frame below a seat of the vehicle. A monitoring board monitors the state of the battery, and can be located on top of the battery. A BMU collects information from the monitoring board, and a contactor opens and closes the connection between the battery and a drive circuit for the motor. The BMU and the contactor are housed in the battery box and in front of the battery.

Electric three-wheeled vehicle

An inverted pendulum type vehicle includes a traveling unit with a main wheel, a vehicle body frame having the main wheel supported thereon, and a pair of left and right driving units supported on the vehicle body frame for driving the main wheel. The vehicle also includes a battery unit for supplying electric power to the driving units, a seat for supporting an occupant thereon, and a telescopic strut for supporting the seat for selected upward and downward movement. The telescopic strut is disposed between the driving unit and the battery unit in a front-to-rear direction of the vehicle body.

Inverted pendulum type vehicle

In an electrically-operated vehicle including rear wheels on right and left sides of a rear portion of a vehicle body, the electrically-operated vehicle includes a motor that drives the rear wheels, a batterythat is arranged above the motor, and a lower battery that is placed between the right and left rear wheels. The lower battery and the motor are arranged in a distributed manner over an axle of the rear wheels between a vehicle front side of the axle of the rear wheels and a vehicle rear side of the axle of the rear wheels. An upper end portion of a rear cushion is supported on a vehicle body frame, and the battery and the motor are supported on a lower end of the rear cushion.

Saddle-ride-type electrically operated vehicle

A saddle riding vehicle having an accelerator operator includes an accelerator operation amount detecting unit connected to a second end portion of an accelerator cable having a first end portion connected to the accelerator operator, the accelerator operation amount detecting unit is disposed at a location less susceptible to the effect from an external force and steering of the steering handlebar with a space to permit removal of screws and other parts that may be dropped during the assembly process. An accelerator operation amount detecting unit includes a rotatable member connected to an accelerator cable so as to be rotated according to displacement of the accelerator cable and a cover plate extending in a longitudinal direction to cover the rotatable member from an upward direction. The accelerator operation amount detecting unit is disposed near a head pipe.

Saddle riding type vehicle

Proposed is a height adjusting mechanism for a tiller handle () of an outboard motor (). An adjustment piece () is detachably attached to the front end of a handle support bracket () which extends rearwards from the outboard motor main body (). The adjustment piece is configured to be attached to the front end of the handle support member in two or more different positions and provided with a corresponding number of spacer portions (-) having different thicknesses so as to interpose a selected one of the spacer portions between corresponding stopper surfaces () of the tiller handle and handle support bracket depending on the positions of the adjustment piece. Thereby, the height adjusting mechanism for the tiller handle is avoided from protruding laterally or vertically from the base end of the tiller handle so that the external appearance is not impaired and interferences with the surrounding parts can be effectively prevented. Also, the height of the tiller handle can be selected from two or more possible positions.
