There is disclosed a scroll compressor capable of improving the oil separating device of a refrigerant gas discharged from a scroll compression element to effectively suppress the amount of oil to be discharged through a discharge tube. The scroll compressor has, in a sealed container, a scroll compression element, a motor element which drives the scroll compression element, and a support frame having a bearing portion which keeps a shaft of the motor element, and provided with a communication path. The scroll compressor further includes a shield plate which extends from the support frame to the motor element side to surround the periphery of the bearing portion, and a guide member provided at an outlet of the communication path to guide the discharged gas in the direction of the shield plate.

Scroll compressor with improved oil separation from refrigerant gas

There is disclosed a sealed type scroll compressor which decreases a sliding loss between a thrust ring and a orbit scroll and improves the efficiency of the sealed type scroll compressor while preventing the leakage of a refrigerant between a fixed scroll and the orbit scroll, and the compressor provides a relation of FF, in which Fis an operating pressure applied from the front surface space of the thrust ring to the thrust ring, and Fis an operating pressure applied from a back surface space to the thrust ring.

Sealed type scroll compressor

A Stirling refrigeration system () comprises two Stirling refrigeration units () incorporating respective working gas end (WGE) heat exchangers () and radiators (). Cooling water circulates through a first radiator (), a first WGE heat exchanger (), a second radiator (), a second WGE heat exchanger (), and a cooling-water pump () in sequence. To facilitate deaeration of the cooling-water circuit at time of feeding cooling water, An air release duct () is provided at the maximal point of the cooling-water circuit. An air release valve () is formed in the open end of the air release duct () so that the air remaining in the cooling-water circuit can be easily released. The Stirling refrigeration system is compact in dimensions.

Stirling refrigeration system

A reciprocating compressor of un-lubricating type, equipped with a cooling device including a cooling fan beneath a motor and provided with four gas compressors, each having a cylinder and a piston. The pistons of each gas compressor cooperate by converting a rotating motion of a crankpin of a crankshaft provided on an electric drive source via two yokes having a phase difference of 90 degrees therebetween to a reciprocating motion by a scotch yoke mechanism. The flows of compressed gases from each gas compressor are joined to one place by connecting tubes to be discharged. The lengths of each connecting tube are selected such that pressure waves of the compressed gases compete with each other at the joining point for a time period encompassing one rotation of the crankpin, whereby a pulsation resulting from gas flow discharged in concentration is decreased.

Reciprocating compressor

There is disclosed a high-pressure compressor comprising a compression mechanism for reciprocating/driving a piston with respect to a conventional cylinder by rotation of a motor and compressing an operating fluid sucked by this driving to generate the high-pressure operating fluid according to improvements in a piston shape, positions of a cylinder operation surface and the piston, specifics shapes of the cylinder and piston, and connecting constitution of the piston to a connecting rod, which solves problems such as occurrence of wear on a cylinder inner surface by displacement of the piston, size enlargement by an increase of a removal capacity, difficulty in processing the piston and connecting rod, and a large top clearance.

Compression apparatus

A reciprocating compressor provided with a plurality of gas compression means having a cylinder and a piston. The piston of each gas compression means is cooperated with the compressor by converting a rotating motion of a crankshaft provides on an electric drive source to a reciprocating motion by a scotch yoke mechanism. A cylindrical attachment portion of a flywheel has an outer diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of a rotor shaft hole of the electric drive source, and the cylindrical attachment portion of the flywheel is inserted into the rotor shaft hole to contact with a lower end surface of the crankshaft. The fly wheel may be fastened to the crankshaft via a fastening bolt.

Flywheel attachment for a compressor motor

A plurality of gas compression means including a cylinder and a piston in which the piston is cooperated with a compressor by conversion of the rotating motion of a crankshaft provided on a driving source to a reciprocating motion using a scotch yoke mechanism. An expansion muffler is attached to an outlet port of at least one of the gas compression means. Four gas compression means are disposed in opposite one another in a cross shape. Gases compressed by three of the gas compression means are discharged into a cylinder head of the other gas compression means by a connecting tube, and are joined with the flow of gas compressed by the other gas compression means, to be discharged in concentration from the cylinder head of the other gas compression means. The expansion muffler is attached to the outlet port of the cylinder head of the other gas compression means.

Reciprocating parallel flow compressor with discharge muffler

A reciprocating compressor provided with a plurality of gas compression means having a cylinder and a piston, the piston of each gas compression means is cooperated with the, compressor by converting a rotating motion of a crankshaft provided on an electric drive source to a reciprocating motion by a scotch yoke mechanism, wherein an increase of the volume of discharged gas can be achieved without designing a gas compression means to be wide or without increasing the number thereof, a pulsation of discharged gas can be decreased by an attachment of an expression muffler on the cylinder head so as to decrease a vibration and noise of the compressor, an attachment of the fly wheel to the crankshaft and an adjustment of the shaft with the crankshaft can be improved easily, further compressed gas flows are joined and discharged in concentration, thereby the pulsation of discharged gas can be restrained.

A Stirling refrigerator, which prevents oil rising, makes oil seal bellows have long-life, and includes a housing, cylinder, piston, piston rod and an oil seal bellows. The oil seal bellows seals a space between the housing and the cylinder, wherein a tip end of the oil seal bellows is sealed and fixed on the piston or on the piston rod inside the cylinder, and a base end of the oil seal bellows is installed on the housing. The oil seal bellows reciprocates with a stroke, wherein the tip end of the oil seal bellows is compressed to a compression side from a position of free length then returns to the position of free length.

Stirling refrigerator

There is provided a multistage high pressure compressor in which a rotor is supported with respect to a rotating shaft of an electric motor and which can suppress a torque fluctuation of the electric motor and achieve a stable operation of the electric motor. A fly wheel is attached to a lower end of the rotating shaft of the electric motor, and the fly wheel supports the rotor of the electric motor with respect to the rotating shaft. The fly wheel is connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft of the electric motor by a bolt, and an extension of a detent key between the rotating shaft of the electric motor and the rotor of the electric motor is inserted into the fly wheel. Moreover, there is provided a multistage high pressure compressor achieving improved sealing between a cylinder and members surrounding the periphery thereof, which is capable of realizing a simplified processing of the cylinder and an easy assembly process. Seal spaces in which seal rings are compressed between the cylinder and the members surrounding thereof are provided at the outer peripheries at the both ends of the cylinder.
