A digital switch assembly which comprises a casing having a plurality of output terminals, a rotor rotatably accommodated within the casing and adapted to be rotated either directly or indirectly by the application of a finger pressure thereto, feelers carried by and positioned inside the casing and electrically connected to the respective output terminals; a circuit board carried by the rotor and having a predetermined pattern of electric circuits adapted to be selectively engaged with the feelers to complete a desired circuit configuration depending on the position of the rotor, a grounding terminal member carried by the casing, and a circuit element extending substantially between the location at which the finger pressure is applied to rotate the rotor and the grounding terminal member for establishing a discharge circuit through which an electrostatic charge set up in the body of the operator can be grounded.

Digital switch assembly

A temperature detecting circuit comprising a three-wire temperature sensor module including a temperature responsive resistance, three cable leads and first, second and third terminals connected to the three leads, a reference voltage source having first and second power terminals, said first terminal being connected to the first power terminal, a first resistance connected across said third terminal and second power terminal, a second and a third resistance connected in series across said second terminal and said second power terminal, a potential divider being connected across the first and second power terminals and having a movable contact, and an adder which sums a first voltage appearing at a junction between the third terminal and said first resistance, a second voltage appearing at a junction between said second and third resistances and a third voltage appearing on said movable contact and generates an output signal when said temperature responsive resistance senses a detection temperature and said movable contact is positioned to a point corresponding to the detection temperature.

Temperature detecting circuit

A temperature controller utilizing a thermocouple having hot and cold junctions including a housing, a control circuit unit mounted in the interior of the housing, a cold junction compensation element, and a plug having a projecting hollow guide-pin and a plurality of projecting terminal-pins surrounding the guide-pin. The hollow guide-pin has an opening communicating with the exterior of the housing and the cold junction compensation element is positioned in the hollow guide pin.

A temperature detecting device which comprises an electrical bridge circuit including four arms, a temperature responsive resistance contained in one of the arms, a resistance type potential divider having at least one intermediate terminal which represents an output terminal of the network, and switching means connected across two power source terminals thereof for inverting the connection of the potential divider in accordance with a temperature state, positive or negative, which is detected by said device, the respective divided portion divided by the intermediate terminal forming two arms of the network.
