In a fuel injection device, a driving unit structure has a magnetic aperture, in which an inner diameter is gradually enlarged toward the mover side, provided in an inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core. It is possible to reduce magnetic delay time upon valve opening from the supply of the electric current to the coil to the rise of magnetic flux and magnetic delay time upon valve closing from the stoppage of the electric current to the coil to reduction of magnetic flux, by providing a magnetic aperture in the inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core. Thus it is possible to improve the dynamic responsiveness upon valve opening and valve closing.

Fuel injection device

Provided is a fuel injection valve capable of stroking a valve body in two stages of large and small strokes and improving responsiveness of a valve opening operation. Therefore, a first moveris attracted to a magnetic core. A second moveris formed separately from the first mover, and is attracted to the magnetic coreon an inner diameter side of the first mover. A valve bodyhas a flange portionon an upstream side of the second mover. A spacerforms a gap (void g) in an axial direction between the flange portionand the second moverin a valve closed state.

Fuel injection valve and method for assembling same

For a fuel injection device, a configuration to improve fuel sealability when a valve is closed is provided. Therefore, the fuel injection device includes: a valve body that opens and closes a fuel flow path; a movable iron core in which a fuel passage hole communicating an upstream side and a downstream side is formed, and that operates the valve body toward the upstream side; a biasing spring whose one end contacts the movable iron core, and that biases the movable iron core in a valve opening direction; and a regulating unit that regulates movement of the one end of the biasing spring, in which the shortest distance between the one end of the biasing spring and the fuel passage hole is larger than a radial travel distance of the one end until radial movement of the one end is regulated by the regulating unit.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid control device with an improved effect of suppressing blowhole generation. Therefore, a component for a flow rate control device of the present invention includes: a first component(A); a second component(B) fixed to the first component by a press-fitting portion; a butt-welded portionconnecting the first component and the second component; and a first gapand a second gapformed between mutually opposing surfaces of the first component and the second component. The first gap is provided on a side of the press-fitting portion with respect to the second gap between the press-fitting portion and the butt-welded portion, and is formed in a direction intersecting a press-fitting direction. The second gap is provided on a side of the butt-welded portion with respect to the first gap between the press-fitting portion and the welded portion, and is formed in a direction intersecting the first gap.

Component for flow rate control device, and fuel injection valve

Provided is a fuel injection valve capable of quickly stopping a position of a movable element at a predetermined position after closing a valve while reducing an impact force of a valve body. Therefore, a valve bodyincludes a sleeve. A first movable core(first movable element) lifts the valve bodyby the attractive force of a magnetic core. A second movable core(second movable element) further lifts the valve bodyby the attractive force of the magnetic coreafter the first movable core(first movable element) lifts the valve body. After the valve bodyis seated on the seat memberand the second movable core(second movable element) is separated from the sleeve, a bottom surfaceof the first movable core(first movable element) collides with a storage bottom surface(collision receiving portion).

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injection valve is provided that can reduce variations in stroke length by reducing distortion during welding, and consequently can reduce variations in flow rate of injected fuel. The fuel injection valve has a nozzle; a fixed valve that is press-fit into a tip of the nozzle and has a fuel injection port from which the fuel is injected; and a movable element that forms a fuel seal section by abutting against the fixed valve, and opens and closes the fuel injection port. The fixed valve and the nozzle are fixed in place by welding at a position with no space due to press-fitting. A groove that serves as an empty space is provided in a continuation of a welded section that is formed in the fixed valve and the nozzle by the welding.

An electromagnetic fuel injection valve includes: a valve element which closes a fuel passage by coming into contact with a valve seat and opens the fuel passage by going away from the valve seat; an electromagnet which includes a coil and a magnetic core formed as a drive portion for driving the valve element; a movable element which is held by the valve element in a state where the movable element is displaceable in the direction of a drive force of the valve element relative to the valve element; a first biasing portion for biasing the valve element in the direction opposite to the direction of a drive force generated by the drive portion; a second biasing portion for biasing the movable element in the direction of the drive force with a biasing force smaller than the biasing force generated by the first biasing portion; and a restricting portion for restricting the displacement of the movable element in the direction of the drive force relative to the valve element.

Electromagnetic fuel injection valve

In a fuel injection valve, it is intended to enhance valve-closing responsivity while maintaining durability (anti wear property) of a collision portion between a stationary core and a movable core and valve-opening responsivity. An annular end faceA of the movable corein the fuel injection valve is provided with a collision portionC that collides to a stationary corewhen the movable core is magnetically attracted toward the stationary core side and a non-collision portion that keeps a fluid gap between both cores at an area of an outer side or an inner side from the collision portion. The annular end faces of the stationary core and the movable core are coated with platingshaving anti wear property, and at least one of the platings of the stationary core and the movable core is formed in such a manner that the thickness thereof at the collision portionC is to be thicker and the thickness thereof at the non-collision portion is to be thinner.

Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engine

A fuel injector is disclosed that has plural nozzle holes with the same cross-sectional shape and can individually set the flow rate of each nozzle hole. The fuel injector includes the plural nozzle holes, a seat section positioned upstream of the nozzle holes, a valve element that closes a valve when brought into contact with the seat section and opens the valve when separated from the seat section, and a circular cone tapered from an upstream end to a downstream end and provided with the seat section and an inlet opening of the nozzle holes. The plural nozzle holes have an identical shape and a shape of a cross-section of each of the nozzle holes is substantially out-of-round, the cross-section being perpendicular to a central axis of each of the nozzle holes. The cross-section of each of the nozzle holes is rotated around the central axis of each of the nozzle holes. A rotation angle of the cross-section is set in such a manner that a relationship between a conical surface of the circular cone and the rotation angle is different among at least two of the nozzle holes.

Fuel injector

An injector used for an internal combustion engine includes a valve needle which closes a fuel passage by contacting a valve seat and opens the fuel passage by separating from the valve seat. A coil and a magnetic core are provided to drive the valve needle, and an anchor is held in a relatively displaceable state with respect to the valve needle. A first biasing device biases the valve needle in a direction opposite to a direction of a drive force, and a second biasing device biases the anchor in the direction of the drive force with a set load smaller than that of the first biasing device. A restricting feature restricts relative displacement of the anchor with respect to the valve needle in the direction of the drive force.

Electro-magneto fuel injector

Each of the injection holes has an inclined angle with respect to a center line of an injection valve main body as well as the inclined angle of each of the injection holes is provided with a predetermined offset amount with respect to a target inclination angle of a center of gravity position of each of the injected fuel sprays. The predetermined offset amount is set based on a correction amount for correcting positional drift with respect to the target direction of the center of gravity position of the fuel spray.

Multihole injector

A fuel injection nozzle for directly injecting fuel into a cylinder of an internal combustion engine is inserted in a connecting pipe extending from a fuel rail and is fixed to the connecting pipe by fastening member. The fuel injection nozzle has a sealing part for sealing a fuel passage to prevent fuel leakage, and a contact part in contact with the fastening member. The contact part is softer than the fastening member, and the contact part undergoes plastic deformation when a bending moment that bends the axis of the fuel injection nozzle acts on the fuel injection nozzle.

Fuel injection nozzle and method of holding the same

Using a swirl type fuel injection valve, a concentrated spray area and a thin spray area are formed, the positions thereof are adjusted, and the spray is made to conform to the geometric shape of the engine and mounting position of the fuel injection valve, so as to reduce the fuel consumption and control the unburnt components in exhaust gas. The fuel injection valve is so constructed that a step is formed on the injection hole opening of the fuel injection valve, so as to provide two or more edge transition portions at the injection hole opening, resulting from the step, and the line connecting the edge transition portions forms an oblique angle relative to the wall formed by the step perpendicular to the injection hole center axis and the angled wall.
