A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises laminate substrates. Each of the laminate substrates is formed in a band shape having a short side and a long side and comprises magnetic strips stacked in layers. The laminate substrates are aligned and arranged in a plate shape in a direction, in which the long sides are adjacent to each other and the short sides extend. The laminate substrates aligned and arranged in the plate shape are stacked in layers in a thickness direction of the laminate substrates. Long side portions of the laminate substrates including the long sides and vicinities of the long sides overlap each other.

Multilayer magnetic sheet

A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises a first laminate substrate layer and a second laminate substrate layer, which are stacked in a thickness direction and in each of which laminate substrates each formed in a band shape are arranged in a plate shape such that long sides of the laminate substrates are adjacent to each other, the laminate substrate comprising two or more stacked layers of magnetic ribbons. A direction in which the long sides of the laminate substrates in the second laminate substrate layer extend intersects a direction in which the long sides of the laminate substrates in the first laminate substrate layer extend.

Provided is a sheet-shaped magnetic member. The sheet-shaped magnetic member comprises magnetic ribbons with anisotropy, and includes a first group, a second group, and a third group. The third group is arranged so that a direction of anisotropy of the magnetic ribbons is along a direction different from both a direction of anisotropy of the first group and a direction of anisotropy of the second group. The first group, the second group, and the third group are arranged next to each other.

Method of producing alloy strip laminate and apparatus for producing alloy strip laminate

A magnetic sheet includes an adhesive layer that includes a support formed in a band shape and an adhesive provided on at least one of a first surface or a second surface of the support, and a magnetic ribbon that is formed in a band shape using a magnetic material and is bonded to the adhesive on the adhesive layer. Width A as a dimension of the adhesive layer in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the adhesive layer and width B as a dimension of the magnetic ribbon in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the magnetic ribbon satisfy a relationship of 0.2 mm≤(width A−width B)≤3 mm.

Magnetic sheet, wound magnetic sheet, and multilayer magnetic sheet

A multilayer magnetic sheet includes at least one first layer in which a plurality of magnetic strips are arranged side by side; at least one second layer in which the plurality of magnetic strips are arranged side by side, a direction of the long side of the at least one second layer intersecting that of the at least one first layer; and at least one third layer in which the plurality of magnetic strips are arranged side by side, a direction of the long side of the at least one third layer being the same as that of the at least one first layer. A position of the long side in the at least one first layer and a position of the long side in the at least one third layer are separated from each other by 0.5 mm or more in a direction in which the short side extends.

A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises laminate substrates each comprising two or more stacked layers of band-shaped magnetic ribbons. The laminate substrates are arranged side by side in a plate shape in a direction in which long sides of the laminate substrates are adjacent to each other and short sides of the laminate substrates extend. The plate shapes each provided by the laminate substrates arranged side by side are stacked in a thickness direction of the laminate substrate. Ten or more layers of the magnetic ribbons are stacked in total. Positions of the long sides of the laminate substrates adjacent to each other in a direction in which the laminate substrates are stacked are different and separated from each other by 0.5 mm or more in the direction in which the short sides extend.
