In an X-ray CT apparatus, an annular rotating body includes an X-ray tube and an opening portion accommodating a radiator that discharges heat from the X-ray tube and into which a bed can be inserted. A stand includes a frame disposed in a rear portion of the annular rotating body, and supports the annular rotating body to be rotatable about an axis. A cover which covers the annular rotating body and the stand includes an exhaust port. A cooling mechanism, disposed at a position away from a position of the exhaust port along a circumferential direction of the annular rotating body between an outer circumferential surface of the annular rotating body and cover, includes a fan disposed at the stand. A duct receives exhaust air from the fan at a rear position of the fan between the frame and cover, and leads from the fan to the exhaust port.

X-ray CT apparatus

Medical couch apparatus is provided capable of reducing the overrun amount even if the overrun occurs while shortening the stop distance when the top is urgently stopped to make it difficult for the overrun to occur. The frame is arranged between the couch body and the top to be guided in the rostrocaudal direction of the subject by the couch body. The driving unit transfers the top in the rostrocaudal direction via the frame. The guide unit is arranged between the frame and the top to guide the top in the rostrocaudal direction. The biasing mechanism biases the top in the opposite direction of the transfer direction of the top. The bias control unit applies the force to the top to be transferred in the opposite direction for the frame through the biasing force by the biasing mechanism when the transfer of the top by the driving unit is stopped.

An X-ray CT system as the embodiment comprises an annular rotating body configured to accommodate an X-ray tube, the rotating body having a central opening, into which a bed can be inserted in the center thereof, a cover shaped in a tubular form and having a tubular case part, which, when fitted in the opening, shields the annular rotating body from a central side of the opening, the cover being provided with an X-ray transmission opening at the tubular case part, through which, X-rays from the X-ray tube are allowed to transmit, and two sheet-like soundproof members configured to sandwich a soundproof layer, the soundproof members being disposed to to close the X-ray transmission opening. According to the X-ray CT system, it is possible to reduce sufficiently the noise leaking from inside the cover.

X-ray CT system

An X-ray CT system including: a rotator including an X-ray tube installed therein; a gantry, arranged on a floor part, and configured to rotatably support the rotator; a cover configured to cover the rotator and the gantry from the outside; and an elastic member, and mounted along the lower edge of the cover, having restoring force, and configured to elastically be in contact with the floor part against the restoring force. The X-ray CT system can reduce noise from inside of the cover.

An X-ray tube and An X-ray detector are mounted on a gantry rotating unit. A gantry fixing unit supports the gantry rotating unit so as to allow it to rotate about a rotation axis. A cover covers the gantry rotating unit and the gantry fixing unit. At least one outlet for discharging air inside the gantry is formed in the cover at a position shifted from an area squaring facing the outer circumference of the gantry rotating unit along the rotation axis. At least one cooling fan is mounted on the gantry fixing unit so as to be located near at least one outlet, and sends air to at least one outlet.
