An air-fuel mixture control device controlling a combustible air-fuel mixture to be supplied to a combustion chamber of an engine This device is constructed of an injector used for fuel supply, a fuel pump, a fuel filter, a fuel pressure regulator, and an electronic control unit (ECU) which are united as an assembly with respect to a throttle body including an intake passage and a throttle valve . A memory incorporated in the ECU stores a correction value with respect to the fuel injection quantity dispersion preliminarily experimentally determined on an assembly-by-assembly basis. The ECU corrects the fuel injection quantity based on the correction value stored in the memory to control the fuel injection quantity.

Air-fuel mixture control device of engine

An arrangement for measuring a quantity of intake air passing through an intake air duct by a sensing element disposed in parallel with a flow direction of the intake air. The sensing element includes a flow speed sensing resistor deposited on a base plate and formed into a film for sensing a flow speed of the intake air, and a pair of lead members deposited on the base plate and electrically connected to the resistor. The flow speed sensing resistor is arranged to form a temperature distribution of the resistor uniform in a direction parallel with and/or perpendicular to the flow direction of the intake air.

Intake air quantity measuring apparatus

The invention is directed to an arrangement for measuring a quantity of intake air passing through an intake air duct by a sensing element disposed in parallel with a flow direction of the intake air. The sensing element includes a flow speed sensing resistor deposited on a base plate and formed into a film for sensing a flow speed of the intake air, and a pair of lead members deposited on the base plate and electrically connected to the resistor. The invention is directed to an arrangement for measuring intake air quantity and producing an output signal with a slow approach to the final value of the signal effectively compensated. A measuring bridge senses a flow speed of the intake air and a measuring circuit provides a first signal in response to the flow speed. A differentiator differentiates the first signal and provides a second signal. An adder receives the first and second signals, and adds the latter to the former to produce the output signals. The arrangement may be provided with a limiter which limits an input or an output of the differentiator to a predetermined value.
