Disclosed is an electrohydraulic control module capable of being reduced in the number of components. A control valveincludes a concave portionthat serves as an oil pathway. An electronic control devicecontrols a solenoidand the like. An electrical interconnect plateincludes an interconnect membersuch as a bus bar. A separate plateis disposed between the interconnect plateand the control valve. The interconnect platealso includes a concave portionat its surface side that abuts the separate plate, the concave portionbeing formed at a position corresponding to a concave portionof the control valve. The separate plateincludes a communication portionthat communicates between the concave portionof the control valveand the concave portionof the interconnect plate

Electrohydraulic control module

A control module includes a control circuit unit and a wiring unit contained between a cover and a base. The wiring unit has a resin molded part formed by resin-molding nearly central portions of bus bars. The base is shaped to be in contact with the cover when they are fitted to each other, and has protrusions each formed to position between the adjacent bus bars in the flexible region. Contact portions between the cover and the protrusions of the base are fixedly bonded to each other.

Control module

A convex portion which inclines in the direction of the short side is created by press work along the direction of the short side of a terminal, which extends longitudinally, from one end to the other end, and another terminal is pressed onto the convex portion with pressure and bonded together by electric resistance welding. At this time, because the convex portion inclines in the direction of the short side, the convex portion is not deformed and crushed; consequently, it is possible to ensure the area of the contact at which terminals are bonded together.
