A radical-curable seal member for fuel cellhaving a glass transition temperature of −40° C. or lower made from a crosslinked product of a radical-curable composition containing (A) (Meth)acrylic polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular chain end, (B) Monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer, (C) Polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer and (D) Radical polymerization initiator, wherein the radical-curable composition contains 20 to 90 weight parts of component (B), 1 to 10 weight parts of component (C), 0.01 to 10 weight parts of component (D) with respect to 100 weight parts of component (A), a weight ratio [(B)/(C)] of the component (B) with respect to the component (C) being 4 to 24, and a content [(C)/{(A)+(B)+(C)}] of the component (C) with respect to a total of 100 wt % of the component (A), the component (B), and the component (C) being 1 to 7 wt %.

Radical-curable seal member for fuel cell

A silicone member used for a micro device and a micro device which achieve both electrification suppression and light transmittance are provided. The silicone member is used as a micro device and has a holding part for holding samples, or defines the holding part through the combination with a counterpart member. The silicone member includes a silicone material which has silicone and an ionic conductive agent, and the content of the ionic conductive agent is 0.01 part by mass or higher and 1 part by mass or lower with respect to 100 parts by mass of the silicone. The micro device includes the silicone member.

(a) is an organopolysiloxane, (b) is a crosslinking agent, (c) is a microcapsule catalyst made of fine resin particles which encapsulate a crosslinking catalyst by a resin other than a silicone resin, and (d) is silica with a BET specific surface area of 70 to 350 m/g.

Conductive roll for electrophotographic device

Provided is a cleaning blade. The cleaning blade is used for removing remaining toner which remains on a surface of the target member in an electrophotographic apparatus. The cleaning blade is provided with the blade portion having the edge portion which comes into sliding contact with the target member. The edge portion includes: a substrate of the blade portion; an inner layer extending from a surface of the substrate to the inside of the substrate; and an outer layer extending from a surface of the substrate to an outer outside of the substrate. The inner layer contains at least an acrylic resin or a methacrylate resin, and has a thickness of less than 1 &#x3bc;m. The outer layer contains at least an acrylic resin or a methacrylate resin, and has a thickness of 0.02 &#x3bc;m or less.

Cleaning blade

Provided are a silicone rubber composition that is excellent in storage stability and crosslinking reactivity, and a silicone rubber crosslinked body made from the silicone rubber composition. The silicone rubber composition contains (a) an organopolysiloxane, (b) a crosslinking agent, and (c) a microcapsule type catalyst that is made of microparticles of a resin and a crosslinking catalyst encapsulated in the microcapsules, wherein the solubility parameter of the resin of (c) is 7.9 or higher, a thermal conductivity of 0.16 W/m&#xb7;K or higher, and a glasstransition temperature of 40 to 145 degrees C. The silicone rubber crosslinked body is made of a crosslinked product of the above-described silicone rubber composition.

The blade memberincludes a blade bodymade of a polyurethane rubber using diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a polyester polyol as main raw materials, and a filmthat covers at least a surface of a sliding contact portion of the blade bodyto contact with the counterpart member. The polyurethane rubber has an international rubber hardness degree of 65 to 85 IRHD, a tan &#x3b4; peak temperature of 8&#xb0; C. or lower, and a tan &#x3b4; peak value of 1.1 or less. The filmcontains a hydrocarbon polymer as a main component.

Blade member and cleaning blade

A development roll for electrophotographic equipment includes a shaft body and a rubber elastic layer disposed on the outer circumference of the shaft body. The rubber elastic layer is composed of a crosslinked body of a composition containing a liquid or millable silicone rubber, a crosslinking agent, an electronically conductive agent, and an ionic liquid. The composition contains the ionic liquid in the amount in the range of 0.1 to 5.1 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the liquid or millable silicone rubber and the crosslinking agent.
