A display control apparatus includes: a stability brightness calculation unit for calculating a stability brightness obtained by modifying a temporal change in a brightness of a subject to a slower temporal change on the basis of a change in the brightness of the subject detected by a brightness detection unit; and a display brightness control unit for controlling a following speed of the change in the brightness of a display image with respect to a change in the brightness of the subject on the basis of the calculated stability brightness so that an amount of a change in the brightness related to the display image can become longer than the amount of the change in the brightness of the subject.

The control unit determines whether or not the brightness information is acquired again by the subject brightness acquisition unit according to the information about the optical state of the taking lens stored in the storage unit when the subject brightness acquisition unit previously acquired the brightness information, and the information about the optical state of the taking lens when the latest brightness information is acquired.

A half cut portion is provided with a receiving base for receiving a tube, and a cutter for cutting the tube. The receiving base is provided with a stroke adjusting lever on an upper portion of the receiving base, and the stroke adjusting lever is provided with a cam face in which an amount of projecting is varied by being rotated. The cutter butts to the cam face and a depth of a half cut is set according to a displacement of the amount of projecting of the cam face from the receiving base.
