It is aimed to provide a connector device excellent in the reliability of a connecting operation. Connector device

It is aimed to provide a connector device excellent in the reliability of a connecting operation. A connector device (A) is provided with a second housing () to be mounted on a second circuit board (C), a plurality of fixed terminal units () to be mounted in the second housing () and connected to the second circuit board (C), a plurality of movable terminal units () individually rockable with the plurality of fixed terminal units () as fulcrums and to be being individually connected to a plurality of first terminal units (), and a coupling memberincluding a hooking portion () to be hooked to the plurality of movable terminal units (), the coupling memberintegrally rocking the plurality of movable terminal units ().

Connector device having individually rockable terminal units

It is aimed to improve workability at the time of assembling. A connector device is provided with a first connector including a first terminal unit and to be mounted on a first circuit board, a second connector including a second terminal unit and to be mounted on a second circuit board, and an adaptor including a pair of connecting end parts. The pair of connecting end parts are connected to the first terminal unit and the second terminal unit with the first terminal unit and the second terminal unit facing each other, and symmetrical with respect to a facing direction of the first terminal unit and the second terminal unit.

It is aimed to improve workability at the time of assembling. A connector device is provided with a pair of connectors including terminal units and to be individually mounted on a pair of circuit boards facing each other, and an adaptor including a pair of connecting end parts swingably connectable to the terminal units. The connecting end part is formed with a hooking portion radially projecting from the connecting end part. The terminal unit is formed with a receiving portion for holding the adaptor in the connector by locking the hooking portion to the receiving portion.

A connector device is provided with a first connector to be mounted on a first circuit board and a second connector to be mounted on a second circuit board. The first connector includes a plurality of first terminal unit each formed such that a first inner conductor is surrounded by a first outer conductor. The second connector includes a plurality of second terminal units facing the plurality of first terminal units and a plurality of movable terminal units. The second terminal unit is formed such that a second inner conductor is surrounded by a second outer conductor. The movable terminal unit is swingable with the second terminal unit as a fulcrum. A tip part of the movable terminal unit is connectable to the first terminal unit. The plurality of movable terminal units are coupled to swing integrally by an alignment member.

It is aimed to provide a terminal fitting and a connector capable of ensuring connection reliability. A terminal fitting includes a terminal connecting portion to be connected to a mating terminal fitting and a board connecting portion to be connected to a circuit board. The terminal connecting portion is provided in a first member. The board connecting portion is provided in a second member different from the first member. The first member and the second member are so coupled that relative positions of the terminal connecting portion and the board connecting portion are displaceable. A housing includes a supporting portion for rotatably supporting the first member and the second member.

Terminal fitting and connector

It is aimed to provide a connector capable of ensuring connection reliability with a circuit board. A connector includes a housing and a terminal fitting to be disposed in the housing. The terminal fitting includes a terminal connecting portion to be connected to a mating terminal fitting, a board connecting portion to be connected to a circuit board and a shaft portion located between the terminal connecting portion and the board connecting portion. The housing includes a supporting portion for rotatably supporting the terminal fitting by being engaged with the shaft portion. The terminal fitting has a center of gravity on a side closer to the board connecting portion than the shaft portion.

Connector capable of ensuring connection reliability with a circuit board

It is aimed to improve grounding performance. A connector device is provided with a plurality of first terminal units to be mounted on a first circuit board, a plurality of second terminal units to be mounted on a second circuit board and a plurality of movable terminal units. The first terminal unit includes a first outer conductor surrounding a first inner conductor. The second terminal unit includes a second outer conductor surrounding a second inner conductor. The movable terminal unit includes a movable outer conductor surrounding a movable inner conductor. The movable terminal unit is swingable with the second terminal unit as a fulcrum. A tip part of the movable terminal unit is connectable to the first terminal unit. The plurality of movable outer conductors are electrically conductively connected via an alignment member serving as a connecting member.

A lever-type connector includes a housing configured to rotate about a first shaft, a second lever configured to rotate about a second shaft and a cam groove linked with rotation of the second lever. The first lever includes a guide portion extending from an operating portion toward the first shaft, and the second lever includes a coupling portion coupled to the first lever relatively displaceably along the guide portion. The both levers are linked and rotated between an initial position where connection of the housing and a mating housing is started and a connection position where the connection of the housing and the mating housing is completed. When a virtual line passing through the second shaft and the coupling portion with the second lever located at the initial position is set, the first shaft is located closer to the connection position than the virtual line.

Lever-type connector

It is aimed to provide a connector capable of adjusting transmission characteristics while suppressing a manufacturing cost increase. A connector is provided with a housing including an accommodating portion and mounting portions, a terminal fitting to be accommodated into the accommodating portion, and a shield member to be mounted into the mounting portions for shielding electromagnetic waves. The mounting portions are provided at a plurality of positions at different distances from the accommodating portion. For example, the mounting portion is in the form of a groove and one end is open in one surface of the housing.

It is aimed to improve anti-vibration performance. A connector includes a case made of metal and including an opening, and a terminal holding member made of synthetic resin for holding terminal fittings, the terminal holding member being integrated with the case while penetrating through the opening. The openingincludes a protruding portion protruding inward toward an outer periphery of the terminal holding member. The terminal holding member includes an inclination restricting portion to be held in contact with at least one of an outer surface and an inner surface of the protruding portion. Since the inclination restricting portion is in contact with the protruding portion, the inclination of the terminal holding member with respect to the case is suppressed even if the terminal holding member is subjected to vibration.

It is aimed to improve anti-vibration performance. A connector includes a terminal holding member made of synthetic resin for holding terminal fittings and a case made of metal for accommodating one end part of each terminal fitting by being integrated with the terminal holding member. The case includes a displacement restricting portion having an irregular shape, and the displacement restricting portion is formed on a contact surface of the case with the terminal holding member. When the case made of metal and the terminal holding member made of synthetic resin are thermally deformed, an anchoring effect by the engagement of the displacement restricting portion and the terminal holding member is achieved on the contact surface of the case with the terminal holding member to suppress relative displacements between the case and the terminal holding member.

A connector with booster mechanism includes a housing, an operation lever rotatably mounted on the housing and including an arm portion, a drive gear integrally rotatably provided on the operation lever, a speed-reduction member rotatably mounted on the housing, and a slider. The drive gear is coaxial with a rotation center shaft and disposed at a position different from the arm portion in an axial direction of the rotation center shaft. The speed-reduction member includes a large-diameter gear to be meshed with the drive gear and a small-diameter gear having a smaller diameter than the large-diameter gear and coaxial with the large-diameter gear. The slider includes a rack to be meshed with the small-diameter gear and is mounted on the housing movably in a direction intersecting a connecting direction to a mating connector.

It is aimed to prevent the breakage of solder joint portions due to the thermal deformation of a molded body. A circuit board device (A) includes a circuit board (), a cover () and a molded body () to be provided on the circuit board (), and a board connector () to be surface-mounted on the circuit board ().
