A radiotherapy equipment control device acquires reference position information for a specific location at a reference time. Furthermore, representative point reference position information is generated from reference position information for a plurality of markers at the reference time, and relative position information up to the reference position information for the specific location is generated. Moreover, representative point position information at another time is generated from the position information for a plurality of markers in a subject at the other time, which differs from the reference time. In addition, position information for the specific location at the other time is generated from the representative point position information and the relative position information. In this case, representative point reference position information and representative position information are generated on the basis of the position information and reference position information for the plurality of markers, said information having been weighted by weighting factors.

Radiotherapy equipment control device, radiotherapy equipment control method, and program executed by computer for radiotherapy equipment

This radiation therapy device controller selects, for a plurality of body motion phases, computed tomography image data obtained which shows a diseased portion, and generates, for each rotation angles of a ray source and a sensor array, a reconstructed image. The control device generates a radiation projection image which shows the diseased portion when the radiation is radiated if the rotation angle is a predetermined rotation angle, compares the reconstructed image of each of the plurality of body motion phases with the radiation projection image, and determines a body motion phase indicated by a reconstructed image in which a difference is small, to be a current respiratory phase. As a result, a position of the diseased portion calculated for the computed tomography image data in the computed tomography image data group of the respiratory phase in advance is identified to be a current position of the diseased portion.

Radiation therapy device controller, processing method and program for same

This treatment planning device calculates position information for specific locations for a plurality of times corresponding to a time course on the basis of the positions of markers positioned in the vicinity of the specific locations, and generates a three-dimensional range for the specific locations for each of the plurality of times. In addition, the treatment planning device generates representative range information, which represents a range that includes the entire three-dimensional ranges for the specific locations for each of the plurality of times, tracks the position information for the specific locations for each of the plurality of times, and calculates the amount of radiation to be emitted in the range for the specific locations represented by representative range information when radiation is emitted for a prescribed time period in the range for the specific locations represented by the representative range information.

Treatment planning device, treatment planning method, and program therefor

A radiation therapy device controller identifies a pixel on a straight line connecting a ray source and a sensor array, and calculates a luminance update amount candidate value for each identified pixel based on a ratio of a change amount for the pixel on the straight line indicating the living body to a sum of change amounts from a luminance value of a pixel corresponding to a correlated computed tomography image correlated with a computed tomography image of an update target of a luminance value of the identified pixel. Also, the control device calculates a luminance update amount of each identified pixel using the luminance update amount candidate value of each identified pixel calculated for a plurality of rotation angles, and updates the luminance value of each corresponding pixel of the computed tomography image of the update target using the luminance update amount of each identified pixel.

In a co-generated power supply system for performing dispersed power supply to a load, a wind turbine generator, a solar cell and a fuel cell whose rated voltages are made equal to a rated voltage of a storage battery are used as DC power sources. These DC power sources, a commercial AC power source and the load are connected to each other via a bi-directional electronic transformer. Thus, the co-generated power supply system, in which the electric power of a natural energy system having many fluctuation factors is combined with stable electric power such as a load leveling battery or a fuel cell, allows the stable electric power to be supplied to the load via the electronic transformer commonly, thereby reducing the cost and enhancing the performance of the entire system.

A power factor improving circuit for reducing a harmonic current component contained in an AC input current and for achieving an excellent power factor and efficiency in a circuit having a rectifier circuit, provided between a rectifier circuit and a half-bridge-type inverter, including a discharging diode and a smoothing capacitor connected in series to each other and in parallel between output terminals of the rectifier circuit, a charging half-bridge rectifier connected to the smoothing capacitor, and a high-frequency capacitor and high-frequency inductor connected in series to each other and between an input terminal of the charging half-bridge rectifier and a connecting point of two transistors of the half-bridge-type inverter.

Power factor improving circuit

A method for providing an uninterruptible power supply to a load both at ordinary times and in an emergency. At ordinary times, commercial AC input power is modulated into high-frequency AC power, which is then applied to a primary winding of a high-frequency transformer having the primary winding, a secondary winding and a tertiary winding. High-frequency AC power induced in the secondary winding from the primary winding is demodulated into AC output power, which is then supplied to the load. High-frequency AC power induced in the tertiary winding from the primary winding is rectified into DC power, with which a storage battery is charged. In an emergency, DC power from the storage battery is converted into high-frequency AC power, which is then applied to the tertiary winding. High-frequency AC power induced in the secondary winding from the tertiary winding is averaged, thereby producing AC output power, then the AC output power is supplied to the load.

A single phase AC input voltage is subjected to a single-phase full-bridge rectifier to obtain a first rectified voltage. The first rectified voltage has a fundamental DC component and a harmonic component, the harmonic component being defined by a ripple voltage of the first rectified voltage. Supplying and receiving devices for carriers, which carry substrates for semiconductors thereon, including a pair of carrier guides with an open space; carrier holding claws pivotally provided on the carrier guides so that the claws can hold a carrier; a carrier lifter which moves up and down between the carrier guides; and claw opening pieces provided on the carrier lifter. In the carrier supplying device, the carrier lifter moves up and when the claw opening pieces come into contact with the claws and open the claws. The lowermost carrier accommodated in the carrier guides is then released from the claws and placed on the carrier lifter so that the carrier is taken out of the carrier guides and the carrier immediately above the released carrier is held by the claws. In the receiving device, the claw opening pieces move upward along with the carrier lifter with a carrier thereon and when the claw opening pieces come into contact with the claws, the claws are opened and the carrier on the lifter is held by the claws so that the carrier is placed in the carrier guides.

Carrier receiving device for bonding machines

An apparatus for connecting or bonding leads of solid-state devices to lead frames, etc. in which a solid-state device punched out of a film carrier by a punch is first picked up and held by a suction-adhesion head. A raising and lowering arm is then driven longitudinally and laterally so that the suction-adhesion head with the solid-state device thereon is moved to a position over a first bonding station. Then, the raising and lowering arm is lowered via a vertical driving mechanism, and the solid-state device held by the suction-adhesion head is pressed against a specified lead frame. A first bonding tool is lowered and simultaneously bonds the leads on two opposite sides of the solid-state device to the lead frame. Then, the first bonding tool is raised, and the suction-adhesion head is raised and moves back to a position over the punch. The lead frame to which two sides of the solid-state device have been thus bonded is fed, and at a second bonding position, the leads on the other two opposite sides of the solid-state device are bonded to the lead frame by a second bonding tool.

Apparatus for connecting external leads

An inner lead bonder for bonding dies to leads of carrier tape with improved positional accuracy and improved work efficiency. In the inner lead bonder, dies are fed to a die positioning spot one at a time and positioned. Then, said positioned die is carried to a bonding position. On the other hand, leads of a carrier tape are fed to the bonding position and positioned at the spot above the aforesaid die. Thereafter, the leads of the carrier tape are pressed onto the die and bonded by using a bonding tool. This inner lead bonder is characterized in that it includes a rotary table with the size covering the die positioning point and the bonding position, and after positioning the die on the rotary table, the rotary table is rotated in order to bring the die positioned as mentioned above to the bonding position to place the die at a proper position for bonding.
