An air-conditioning duct structure of an aircraft includes an air-conditioning duct that is provided on each of a starboard side and a port side and guides conditioned air to a vicinity of a ceiling of a cabin in the aircraft. The air-conditioning duct includes a blowout portion and a blowout upstream portion. The blowout portion blows out the conditioned air to the cabin from an outboard side of the ceiling to an inboard side of the ceiling and toward a lower part than the ceiling, and the blowout upstream portion communicates with an upstream side of the blowout portion. In addition, the blowout portion or the blowout upstream portion is curved to cause a terminal end side of the blowout portion to be inclined downward with respect to a horizontal direction.

Air-conditioning duct structure of aircraft, aircraft, and method of manufacturing aircraft

An aircraft duct structure includes a first duct through which exhaust air from a front-side equipment compartment flows, and a second duct through which exhaust air from a rear-side equipment compartment flows. The first duct has a terminal end part where the exhaust air inside the second duct flows into the exhaust air inside the first duct at a substantially right angle, and a flow straightening plate located inside the terminal end part. The terminal end part has a jet opening which faces, across a clearance, an air pressure regulating port where an air pressure regulating valve is disposed. The inside of the terminal end part is divided by the flow straightening plate into an upper region and a lower region. The exhaust air inside the first duct and the exhaust air inside the second duct merge together in the upper region.

An aircraft includes: a cockpit, the inside of which is pressurized; equipment which is at least partially disposed on the outside of the cockpit (external space) where the pressure is lower than the inside of the cockpit (internal space); a forced air delivery mechanism which discharges air from a peripheral space of the equipment on the outside of the cockpit by an exhaust fan to supply a branch flow divided from a main flow of air-conditioning exhaust, which has air-conditioned the inside of the cockpit, as cooling air to the equipment; and a natural air delivery mechanism which uses a differential pressure between the inside of the cockpit and the outside of the cockpit to supply air inside the cockpit as cooling air to the equipment through a ventilation opening putting in communication the peripheral space and the inside of the cockpit with one another.

Aircraft equipment cooling

In a vehicle air conditioner () employing an air-mix method, airflow which passed through a bypass channel () and airflow which passed through a heated air channel () are mixed in an air-mix area () located downstream of an air-mix damper () and the airflow is guided to a foot outlet () through a foot channel () provided on the back side of a partition wall (A) constituting the heated air channel (). The vehicle air conditioner includes a mixing enhancement portion () that makes airflow flowing along the partition wall (A) flow toward the air-mix area () and an introduction portion () that is continuous with the mixing enhancement portion () and smoothly guides the airflow after air mixing to the foot channel () are provided at an end () of the partition wall (A) constituting an outlet of the heated air channel ().

Vehicle air conditioner

There are provided a blowing-mode door for a vehicle air-conditioning apparatus in which leakage of temperature-adjusted air can be prevented to improve independent temperature-adjusting performance by minimizing the gap between the mode door and a partition plate and increasing the rigidity of the mode door, as well as a vehicle air-conditioning apparatus using the same. A blowing-mode door applied to a vehicle air-conditioning apparatus with an independent temperature-adjusting system is provided in which the blowing-mode door includes a rotating shaft having a predetermined length and a pair of left and right plate-like doors that are molded integrally with the rotating shaft, with a gap for preventing interference with a partition plate therebetween.

Blowing-mode door for vehicle air-conditioning apparatus and vehicle air-conditioning apparatus using the same

An air conditioning unit including a box having an intake switching damper for selectively opening an outside air inlet and an inside air inlet to receive introduced air. The air conditioning unit further including a blower unit configured to draw in the introduced air and blow the introduced air to a downstream side, and an air regulating unit. The air regulating unit has a unit case with an evaporator configured to exchange heat between the introduced air and a refrigerant, a heater core configured to exchange heat between the introduced air and a warm fluid, and an air mix damper for adjusting a flow quantity of the introduced air that passes through the heater core. The unit case has a defroster damper for a defroster air outlet configured to discharge toward a glass surface a two-layer flow of air-conditioned air comprising a warm layer and a cold layer.
