A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a rotor of an electric motor are provided to obtain an electric motor with high efficiency. To this end, a rotor is magnetized by using a magnetizing device. The rotor includes a rotor magnet disposed in the circumferential direction of a rotor shaft, and a position detecting magnet disposed side-by-side with the rotor magnet with respect to the axial direction of the rotor shaft. The magnetizing device includes a rotor-magnet magnetizing yoke and a position-detecting-magnet magnetizing yoke that generate two magnetic fields. The two magnetic fields each have unlike poles arranged alternately in the circumferential direction and have a phase difference relative to each other in the circumferential direction. A phase difference is thus provided between the poles of the rotor magnet and the poles of the position detecting magnet.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing rotor of electric motor

An electrochemical device manufactured using an electrode layer in which severe increase of electrode resistance is prevented and/or a solid electrolyte layer in which severe decrease of ion conductivity of a solid electrolyte is prevented is provided. A mold motor includes a mold stator, a rotor, and a bracket. The mold stator includes a first bearing housing section formed of thermosetting resin, one bearing of the rotor fitting in one end in an axial direction of the first bearing housing section, an opening section formed at an end on the opposite side of the bearing housing section, and a bracket press-fitting section formed near the opening section and having a diameter larger than a stator inner diameter. The bracket includes a bracket resin section configuring a second bearing housing section in which the other bearing of the rotor fits and a bracket sheet metal section press-fit into the bracket press-fitting section of the mold stator. In the bracket, the bracket resin section and the bracket sheet metal section are integrally molded.

Method for manufacturing a secondary battery

There is provided a method for forming wiring or an electrode by coating a substrate with a composition comprising (A) a complex of an amine compound and a hydrogenated aluminum compound and (B) a titanium compound or a composition comprising the complex and (C) metal particles and subjecting the obtained coating film to heating and/or a light treatment. By the method, a film can be formed that uses a conductive film forming composition with which wiring and an electrode that can be suitably used for electronic devices can be formed easily and inexpensively.

A molded solid electrolyte, a molded electrode and an electrochemical device which contain a polymer composition consisting of 50 to 100 wt % of 1,2-polybutadiene having a 1,2-vinyl content of 70% or more and a crystallinity of 5 to 50%, and 0 to 50 wt % of polar rubber. According to the present invention, it becomes possible to obtain a molded solid electrolyte provided with high ionic conductivity and high workability, or a molded electrode having high electrode activity, and it is also possible to obtain an electrochemical device showing excellent activating properties by using the molded solid electrolyte and the molded electrode.
