Uncertain information containing at least a conversation between passengers is obtained and analyzed. Support information for supporting behaviors of the passengers is obtained based on a result of the analysis, and the obtained support information is output to a helmet of at least one of a first passenger and a second passenger. New information regarding a word for the second passenger is obtained as the support information, based on the word obtained from the second passenger, and the support information is output to the first passenger so that the new information is provided from the first passenger to the second passenger.
