A power storage module includes: a stack in which a plurality of power storage cells are stacked in a stacking direction; a resin plate placed on the stack of the plurality of power storage cells; a flexible printed circuit board placed on the resin plate and having an electric circuit electrically connected to the plurality of power storage cells; a connector for the electric circuit, the connector being fixed to the flexible printed circuit board; and a substrate that supports the flexible printed circuit board and the connector, the substrate being fixed to the resin plate. The resin plate includes a projection that extends through the substrate and the flexible printed circuit board. A groove portion including a curved contour is formed in the resin plate at a root portion of the projection.

Power storage module

In a stack, a plurality of power storage cells are stacked. A resin plate is placed on the stack. A flexible printed circuit board is placed on the resin plate and has an electric circuit electrically connected to the plurality of power storage cells. A thermistor element is provided on the electric circuit and is in contact with one power storage cell of the plurality of power storage cells to detect a temperature of the power storage cell. A cover member is provided on the resin plate to cover the flexible printed circuit board. An elastic body is located between the cover member and the thermistor element to press the thermistor element toward the power storage cell. The cover member includes a protuberance that protrudes toward the resin plate side. The elastic body is disposed on the protuberance.

A power storage module includes: a stack of a plurality of power storage cells; a resin plate placed on the stack of the plurality of power storage cells; a flexible printed circuit board placed on the resin plate and having an electric circuit electrically connected to the plurality of power storage cells; and an element provided on the electric circuit. The flexible printed circuit board is fixed to the resin plate at a fixation position including a first fixation portion and a second fixation portion. The first fixation portion and the second fixation portion are separated from each other by a first distance (L) along the stacking direction, and the element is provided at a position separated from the first fixation portion or the second fixation portion by a second distance (L) along the stacking direction, the second distance (L) being less than or equal to ⅓ of the first distance (L).

A power storage module includes: a stack in which a plurality of power storage cells are stacked in a stacking direction; a resin plate placed on the stack of the plurality of power storage cells; a flexible printed circuit board placed on the resin plate and having an electric circuit electrically connected to the plurality of power storage cells; and a cover member provided on the resin plate so as to cover the flexible printed circuit board. The resin plate includes a projection that extends through the flexible printed circuit board. The cover member includes a tubular protrusion that protrudes toward the flexible printed circuit board on the resin plate. The projection is accommodated in an inner periphery of the tubular protrusion. The tubular protrusion is in abutment with the flexible printed circuit board at a position to avoid the electric circuit.

A power storage module includes: a stack in which a plurality of power storage cells are stacked in a stacking direction; a resin plate having a bottom surface portion and placed on the stack of the plurality of power storage cells; a flexible printed circuit board placed on the bottom surface portion of the resin plate and having an electric circuit electrically connected to the plurality of power storage cells; a connector for the electric circuit, the connector being fixed to the flexible printed circuit board; and a substrate that supports the flexible printed circuit board and the connector, the substrate being fixed to the resin plate with the substrate being positioned in an extending direction of the bottom surface portion of the resin plate.

Power storage module and method of manufacturing same

A plate member is provided with a gas exhaust port, an opening, and a wall portion. The opening is formed in a bottom surface portion at a position facing an electrode terminal. The wall portion protrudes from the bottom surface portion at positions on outer sides with respect to the gas exhaust port in a width direction of the plate member, and discontinuously extends in a stacking direction of power storage cells. A flexible printed circuit board has a main body portion, and a connection piece portion that extends from the main body portion and is curved so as to be connected to a connection terminal. A first gap is formed between the main body portion and the connection piece portion. A first auxiliary wall portion is provided in the first gap, the first auxiliary wall portion protruding from the bottom surface portion and extending in the stacking direction.

A flexible printed circuit board is placed on a bottom surface portion and has an electric circuit electrically connected to a plurality of power storage cells. A connection terminal is provided on the flexible printed circuit board and is electrically connected to an electrode terminal. The flexible printed circuit board has a main body portion, and a connection piece portion that extends from the main body portion and is curved so as to be connected to the connection terminal. The connection piece portion includes a first straight portion extending straightly in a stacking direction of the power storage cells, and a second straight portion extending in parallel with the first straight portion with a gap being interposed between second straight portion and the first straight portion. The second straight portion is longer than the first straight portion.
