There is provided a wiring member including: a wiring substrate including wirings including a ground line, and a first insulating layer that covers the wirings and has an opening portion exposing at least a portion of the ground line; a first conductive sheet sandwiched between a second insulating layer and a conductive bonding layer disposed on the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the ground line through the opening portion; a second conductive sheet including first and second electrically connectable portions to another member, the first connection portion disposed between a portion of the first conductive sheet and the wiring substrate to be electrically connected to the conductive bonding layer of the first conductive sheet; and a shielding member that is disposed to be electrically connected to the second connection portion of the second conductive sheet.

There is provided a wiring member including: a wiring substrate including wirings including a ground line, and a first insulating layer that covers the wirings and has an opening portion exposing at least a portion of the ground line; a conductive sheet sandwiched between a second insulating layer and a conductive bonding layer and disposed on the first insulating layer in a state where the conductive sheet is folded so that the second insulating layers faces to each other, and in which the conductive bonding layer in a portion which is not folded is electrically connected to the ground line through the opening portion; and a shielding member disposed on the wiring substrate and the conductive sheet to be bonded to the conductive bonding layer in a portion of the conductive sheet which is folded, and is electrically connected to the ground line through the folded portion.

An electronic component includes: a base a seal body fixed to the base, constituting a hermetically sealed space together with the base; and an electronic component main body attached to a metal substrate via an adhesive containing silver within the hermetically sealed space. The base has a nickel plated layer, substantially not containing phosphor, on the seal body side.

The positional deviation of each image along the vertical scanning direction is reduced when plural images are overlapped without introduction of significantly complex structure and control. One light beam out of 4 light beams is assigned as the reference light beam. The delay time of respective modulation start timings of other three light beams with respect to the modulation start timing of a reference light beam is divided by the scanning period of the light beam to calculate a quotient Q and a remainder R, and the fraction rounding process is applied to the remainder correspondingly to the number of light beams having the remainder R value exceeding so that rounding up of the remainder R or rounding down of the remainder R is selected to determine the modulation starting timing of each light beam based on the selection condition for selecting a fraction rounding process out of the rounding down of the remainder R (represented by &ldquo;Qc, m, and y&rdquo;) and the rounding up of the remainder R (represented by &ldquo;Qc, m, y&plus;1&rdquo;).

Image forming apparatus

An image output apparatus such as a laser printer in which, in the case where the write density is changed, the light quantity is controlled by using a period when the rotational speed of a polygonal mirror is changed. In the apparatus, when an instruction for switching the write density is issued and the rotational speed of the polygonal mirror is set to be a changed value, a laser beam forced turn-off signal generating circuit generates a laser beam forced turn-off signal having a turn-off period which corresponds to the rotational speed of the polygonal mirror. During the period when the rotational speed of the polygonal mirror is changed, a laser beam light quantity controlling circuit controls the light quantity of the laser diode so as to have a value corresponding to the changed write density. Even during a period when the rotational speed of the polygonal mirror is changed, therefore, the light quantity can be controlled without exposing the photoreceptor to light.
