A power converter includes a capacitor and a substrate on which a plurality of switching elements for power conversion are mounted. The power converter includes a cooler for cooling the plurality of switching elements and a housing that accommodates the capacitor, the substrate, and the cooler. The power converter includes a power connector exposed from the housing and an output connector exposed from the housing. The power converter includes a plurality of lines that include a plurality of power lines each electrically connected to the capacitor, given switching elements, and the power connector. The plurality of lines include a plurality of output lines each electrically connected to given switching elements and the output connector. At least one among the plurality of lines is a line that includes a conductive pattern formed on the substrate.

Power converter

A power converter includes a positive busbar electrically connected to a positive terminal and the first capacitor electrode, and includes a negative busbar electrically connected to a negative terminal and the second capacitor electrode. The power converter includes output busbars each electrically connected to a given output terminal among multiple output terminals, a given high-side switching element among a plurality of high-side switching elements, and a given low-side switching element among a plurality of low-side switching elements. The power converter includes a cooler that cools the high-side switching elements and the low-side switching elements. The power converter includes a housing that accommodates a supply tube and a discharge tube. The positive terminal, the negative terminal, the output terminals, the inlet port, and the outlet port are exposed on the housing. The inlet port, the outlet port, the supply tube, and the discharge tube are separate members from the housing.

An electronic equipment cooling device is provided, which has housing in which heat-generating components are housed, and which can cool surfaces of the housing. A blower fan blows air toward the surfaces via a chamber room. An inclined flat plate-like partition portion is provided inside the chamber room so as to distribute a desired amount of air corresponding to a heat generating ratio of the respective surfaces.

Winding components, each being formed by winding a coil around and along an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of a ring-shaped core a plurality of times, are fixed to a case. An attachment structure includes a placing member made of an insulating material and fixed to a fixing surface of the case in a state where a lower surface of the winding component is placed, a pressing member made of an insulating material and disposed to abut on an upper surface of the winding component, and a pressing force imparting portion that couples the placing member with the pressing member and imparts a pressing force toward the fixing surface, from the pressing member to the winding component, and in the pressing force imparting portion, a distance between the placing member and the pressing member is variable in accordance with a height change of the winding component.

Winding component attachment structure and power conversion device provided with said attachment structure

Provided is a cool air flow space in which cool air, that is generated by an inner fan disposed inside a housing, flows in the housing. An attachment member mounts a magnetic component on a bottom portion of the housing at a position within the cool air flow space. The attachment member includes a top plate and a pair of legs that extends downward from the top plate and that is fixed to the bottom portion.

Magnetic component cooling structure and power converter having the same

A cooling device includes a plurality of side wall fins formed on an outer surface of a first side wall of a housing, and a plurality of bottom fins formed on a bottom surface of a bottom portion of the housing. A cover member covers the side wall fins and bottom fins from an outer side to form side wall and bottom cooling channels. A chamber is provided that forms a fluid introduction chamber in a direction facing a second side wall so as to communicate with the side wall cooling channel and the bottom cooling channel. A coolant supply device is externally attached to the chamber so as to supply a coolant to the fluid introduction chamber. The side wall fins and the bottom fins are formed in predetermined shapes to adjust an amount of the coolant in the side wall cooling channel and the bottom cooling channel.
