A belt installation tool () of the present invention includes a pulley pressing part () capable of being pressed toward a side of an outer periphery of a crank pulley () by the tension of a V-ribbed belt (), a protection layer () having elasticity and covering the pulley pressing part () on the side of the outer periphery of the crank pulley (), a belt hold part () for hooking and holding the V-ribbed belt, and a belt pressing part () for pressing the V-ribbed belt () extending along the outer periphery of the crank pulley () against the outer periphery of the crank pulley ().

Belt mounting tool

The present invention relates to a belt attachment tool used for further winding a belt, which is wound on a first pulley () and a second pulley (), on a third pulley (), the belt attachment tool containing a side surface part (), an attaching part (), a first belt holding part (), and a second belt holding part (), and the second belt holding part () is arranged so that a point (F) of intersection between a first extension line (L) extending the belt wound on the first belt holding part () from an outer periphery of the second pulley () and a second extension line (L) extending the belt wound on the second belt holding part () from an outer periphery of the first pulley () is located to a front side in a rotation direction (A) of the third pulley () with respect to a center line (L) connecting a center (S) of the first pulley () with a center (S) of the third pulley.

Belt attachment tool

The present invention relates to a belt installation tool which is to be installed so as to cover at least a part of a first side surface of a pulley, including an attaching part attached along an outer peripheral part of the pulley, an installation part brought into contact with at least a part of the first side surface, a protection part covering at least a part of the first side surface without coming into contact therewith, and a belt holding part protruding on the protection part or on the installation part, in which the protection part covers at least a part of a part having a largest distance in a vertical direction in an area located inside the part with which the installation part comes into contact in the first side surface.

The combination of: a) first and second spaced pulleys; b) an endless belt; and c) a belt installation jig having a body with: a pulley pressing part; a belt holding part; and a belt pressing part. The belt installation jig and belt cooperate so that with the belt operatively wrapped against the second pulley and partially operatively wrapped against the first pulley, turning of the first pulley causes the belt to progressively wrap around the first pulley to a fully operatively wrapped state, whereupon further turning of the first pulley situates the belt installation jig for separation from the belt and pulleys.
