The acoustically tunable headphones comprises of a flexible headband with a speaker housing affixed on either end of the flexible headband. The speaker housing encloses one or more speakers behind a grill with multiple openings. A soft and flexible ear pad is removably affixed in front of the grill. A corresponding grill with corresponding openings is affixed in the ear pad. By rotating the ear pad to various positions and repositioning the grills openings, the acoustics of the headphones may be adjusted.

A motion controlled vehicle power adapter with a vehicle power adapter that can be plugged into the 12V vehicle power outlet and has a remote motion sensor at one end of the vehicle power adapter opposite the end that plugs into the 12 V vehicle power outlet. The remote motion sensor is operated by the operator's hand motion near the sensor without contacting the sensor. The remote motion sensor may be detachable from the vehicle power adapter. The operator's hand motions are translated into control signals and sent to a portable electronic device to control its functions. The control signals may be sent through a wire or wirelessly through a wireless transmitter.

The USB AC adapter with removable USB vehicle power adapter comprises of a housing with a slot that holds a removable vehicle power adapter. The housing has an alternating current plug adapted to be insertable into an alternating current source. The housing further encloses a universal serial bus. Power conversion circuits are enclosed in the housing to convert the 110V alternating current to both 5V and 12V direct currents. The 5V direct current is directed through the universal serial bus in the housing. The 12V direct current is directed to the slot that holds the removable vehicle power adapter. The removable vehicle power adapter is adapted to be removable from the housing and insertable into a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and converts the 12V from the vehicle's direct current power supply to 5V direct current output through a universal serial bus.

The device connects to the lighter/DC connector of the vehicle with a power blockto provide a source of power for the player and recharges the internal battery of the player. A method and an apparatus for packaging, displaying, dispensing, and storing at least one product, having an inner packaging member and an outer packaging member, the outer packaging member being slidably mounted over the inner packaging member. The inner packaging member may have a structure for retaining a product, such a compartment, a structure for separating the compartment, such as a wall, a complementary contour for accommodating the product, such as a power or a battery cell. The outer packaging member may have a backing member, such as at least one insert, a flange for accommodating and supporting the at least one insert, a roof member, and a section for accommodating an advertisement of the at least one product. The packaging apparatus may have a structure for mating and locking the outer packaging member to the inner packaging member for facilitating engagement and disengagement. The outer packaging member and the inner packaging member may together have a complementary geometric configuration.
