A housing that accommodates a stator of a motor includes: an opening portion configured to accommodate the stator; an outer edge portion formed radially outward of the opening portion and in a circumferential direction in such a manner as to surround an outer periphery of the stator, the outer edge portion extending in a radial direction; and an accommodating groove configured to accommodate a solder portion where conductive wires including a winding of the stator are soldered and which is drawn out to the outer edge portion. The accommodating groove is placed in the outer edge portion, and is extended in any direction between a normal direction to the outer periphery at a circumferential position where the accommodating groove is placed and a tangential direction to the outer periphery at the circumferential position.

Housing, motor, and blower

A holding portion structure in which a lead is held between a first component and a second component to be assembled to the first component, and the lead is drawn out from inside the first component and the second component includes: two first recessed portions that are arranged side by side, spaced apart from each other along an extension direction of the lead, and each include a groove extending in the extension direction; and a second recessed portion that is located between the two first recessed portions in an assembled state of the first component and the second component, and includes a groove that is in opposite orientation to the grooves of the first recessed portions and extends in the extension direction. In the above assembled state, the lead placed in the grooves of the first recessed portions and in the groove of the second recessed portion is bent and held by the first recessed portions and the second recessed portion.

Lead holding portion structure and motor

A housing of a blower includes an accommodating portion accommodating a winding of a stator of a motor and a solder portion radially outward of an opening accommodating the stator. The accommodating portion includes: a bottom surface and an inner wall. The bottom surface includes: a first portion where a conductive wire is placed, and a second portion where the solder portion is placed. The second portion is recessed deeper than the first portion. A dimension in an axial direction from the first portion to an upper surface of the inner wall is greater than a thickness of the conductive wire in the axial direction and less than a thickness of the solder portion in the axial direction. A dimension in the axial direction from the second portion to the upper surface of the inner wall is greater than the thickness of the solder portion in the axial direction.

Blower housing, blower wiring structure, and blower

Provided is a brushed motor in which noise in a high rotational speed range is effectively decreased. A bar-shaped flat attachmentof synthetic resin is inserted along an axial line L into an opening of a slotformed in a coreof a rotor, and fixed with respect to the coreand/or windingsusing adhesive agent. The flat attachmenthas side surfacesand an inner peripheral surface. The side surfacesare engaged from an inner peripheral side with inclined surfacesof teethadjacent to each other across the opening of the slot. The inner peripheral surfaceof the flat attachmenthas two ridgesprotruding therefrom which are abutted against the windings. The flat attachmentcloses the opening of the slotand shapes an outer peripheral surfaceof the coreinto a flat cross sectional shape suitable for suppression of wind noise.

Brushed motor

A motor includes: a cylindrical housing that houses a rotor; a first member mounted to an opening of the housing; and a second member sandwiching the first member as mounted between the second member and the housing. The housing includes, at an end of the housing that faces the second member, a first locking part that locks a first locked part of the second member. The second member is elastically deformed by the first locking part and locked to the housing accordingly and is configured such that a gap is formed between the second member and the housing when the second member is locked to the housing.

Motor

A composition for bonded magnets according to the present invention contains from 88% by mass to 91% by mass (inclusive) of a samarium-iron-nitrogen magnet powder having an average particle diameter of from 1.8 &#x3bc;m to 2.8 &#x3bc;m (inclusive), from 0.5% by mass to 2.5% by mass (inclusive) of a polyamide elastomer having a tensile elongation at break of 400% or more and a bending modulus of elasticity of 100 MPa or more, from 0.5% by mass to 2.0% by mass (inclusive) of carbon fibers having fiber diameters of from 10 &#x3bc;m to 12 &#x3bc;m (inclusive) and from 0.3% by mass to 1.0% by mass (inclusive) of a carboxylic acid ester, with the balance made up of a polyamide resin which is composed of a polyamide 12 having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of from 4,500 to 7,500 (inclusive) as determined by molecular weight distribution measurement.

Composition for bonded magnets, bonded magnet and integrally molded component

A fixing structure for a permanent magnet includes: a cylindrical housing; a permanent magnet housed inside the housing; and an adhesive layer formed in a gap G between the housing and the permanent magnet and having an adhesive for fixing the permanent magnet to the housing. The adhesive layer is formed such that a filling rate of the adhesive is higher in the gap at another axial end of the permanent magnet than at one axial end of the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is configured such that a density at said other axial end is higher than the density at said one axial end.

A worm wheel () is structured integrally with an output shaft ().
