Holder for placing analysis plates, and analysis kit

There is provided an inexpensive microfluid handling device which is capable of simply controlling the flow of plural kinds of very small amounts of liquids (microsamples) independently of a driving source and which is suitable for a POC inspection. In the microfluid handling device, there is formed a fine grooveforming a microchannel for allowing a liquid sample to move due to capillarity. At one end of the fine grooveof the microfluid handling device, a storage portion() is formed for injecting a sample S(S) into the fine groove. At the other end of the fine groove, there is formed a final storage portioncapable of being used for taking out the sample S(S) flowing through the fine groovedue to capillarity. The storage portion() is open to the atmosphere. The bottom of the final storage portionis sealed with a sealing protrusioncapable of being broken off, and is open by breaking the sealing protrusionoff.

Microfluid handling device

There is provided a sample inspection casing capable of easily and surely inspecting an object to be inspected. The sample inspection casing includes: a sample mounting table for mounting thereon an object to be inspected; a prism cut portion serving as an optical path changing portion for allowing the object on the sample mounting table to be irradiated with illuminating light; and an image magnifying lens for transmitting light, which is reflected on the object on the sample mounting table , to magnify an image of the object

Sample inspecting casing

Each of a sliding bearing and a rotating and sliding member according to the present invention includes an irregularity portion on its inner peripheral surface. The irregularity portion comprises projections adapted to come into contact with a rotary shaft, and recesses which are provided, so that they cannot be brought into contact with the rotary shaft to define gaps or spaces between the bearing itself and the rotary shaft. The irregularity portion is integrally formed-on the inner peripheral surface of the sliding bearing to extend in a direction of rotation of the sliding bearing, in such a manner that the recess is disposed at a central portion of the inner peripheral surface, and the projections are disposed on opposite sides of the recess. By forming the sliding bearing and the rotating and sliding member in the above manner, disadvantages such as the accumulation of a heat and the wearing of the bearing due to an increase in rotational speed can be suppressed to maintain a high rotational accuracy over a long period and to prolong the life of a product.
