A wind turbine generator includes a tower, a nacelle mounted on the tower, at least one cable suspended downward from the nacelle inside the tower, a protective tube attached to the cable to surround the cable, and a cable swing restraint support attached to the tower and provided in a position opposed to the protective tube to surround the protective tube. The protective tube is relatively movable with respect to the cable swing restraint support.

Cable holding structure for wind turbine generator

A wind turbine generator includes: a nacelle provided with a plurality of modules; a controller provided in a first module out of the plurality of modules; a first device provided in a second module out of the plurality of modules. The controller and the first device are connected with a device-side connection mechanism and a controller-side connection mechanism to allow electrical communications between the controller and the first device. The device-side connection mechanism includes: a first connection element; and a first multicore cable including a plurality of signal lines with one end connected to the controller and the other end connected to the first connection element. The device-side connection mechanism provides an electrical connection between the first connection element and the first device.

Signal line wiring in nacelle of wind turbine generator

A wind turbine generator is provided with a tower, a nacelle mounted on the tower, a cable suspended downward from the nacelle through the tower, a length-variable mechanism having one end coupled to a specific position of the wind turbine generator, and a cable grip coupled to the other end of the length-variable mechanism. The distance between the specific position and the cable grip is adjustable by the length-variable mechanism. The cable grip includes a deformable tubular net and the cable is routed through the net.

Insert 1 comprises thin substrate made by cold-rolling, and two bonding alloy layers formed by plating on the upper and lower surfaces of substrate, respectively. Both layers is extremely thin, and is made of an alloy having a melting point lower than that of substrate. Insert 1 is used to achieve liquid phase diffusion bonding of first and second base metals. Insert 1 is interposed between first base metal and second base metal.
