A digital printing press including a printing cylinder configured to transport a sheet, a driving device () configured to drive the printing cylinder, an encoder () configured to detect the phase of the printing cylinder, and first to fourth inkjet heads configured to print the sheet. The digital printing press includes a floating detector facing the printing cylinder and configured to detect an abnormality of the sheet, a display device, and a control device configured to control an operation of the driving device. The control device includes a function of stopping the driving device when the floating detector detects a floating portion. The control device includes a function of obtaining information specifiable a position of an abnormality occurrence portion based on the phase of the printing cylinder when the floating detector detects the floating portion and the phase of the printing cylinder when the driving device stops after floating detection and displaying the information on the display device. The digital printing press is capable of quickly specifying an abnormality occurrence portion detected during printing.

Digital printing press

A digital printing press including a printing cylinder configured to transport a sheet, a driving device () configured to drive the printing cylinder, an encoder () configured to detect the phase of the printing cylinder, and first to fourth inkjet nozzle heads (-). The digital printing press further includes a floating detector () and configured to detect an abnormality of the sheet, and a control device () configured to control an operation of the driving device (). The control device () stops the driving device () when the floating detector () detects a floating portion. The control device () operates the driving device () based on the phase of the printing cylinder when the floating detector () detects the floating portion and when the driving device () stops after floating detection and moving the floating portion detected by the floating detector () to a predetermined confirmation position.

A digital printing apparatus including a sheet supply device, printing cylinder, inkjet nozzle portion, sheet delivery device, and conveyance devices. The sheet supply device supplies sheets one by one at a predetermined period. The printing cylinder includes at least one gripper device that grips and holds the sheet, and conveys the sheet while one edge of the sheet supplied from the sheet supply device is held by the plurality of gripper devices. The inkjet nozzle portion discharges ink droplets onto the sheet. The conveyance devices include a plurality of gripper devices including one reversing gripper device that grips and holds the other edge of the sheet, and conveys the sheet printed on one surface, which is received from the printing cylinder in a double-sided printing mode. The sheet is turned by reversing the obverse/reverse surface of the sheet by the reversing gripper device in the process of conveyance.

Digital printing apparatus

A sheet conveyance device including first to third conveyance units, independent driving unit, device driving unit, and control unit. The first conveyance unit includes a first holder that holds one edge of a sheet, and conveys the sheet. The second conveyance unit includes a second holder that holds one edge of the sheet, and conveys the sheet. The third conveyance unit is supported to be swingable between a reception position at which it receives the sheet from the first conveyance unit, and a transfer position at which it transfers the sheet to the second conveyance unit. The third conveyance unit includes a third holder that holds the other edge of the sheet conveyed by the first conveyance unit, and conveys the sheet held by the third holder. The independent driving unit drives the first conveyance unit. The control unit adjusts the speed at which the sheet is conveyed.

Sheet conveyance device

A sheet processing apparatus including a sheet supply device, a first cylinder which includes at least one gripper device, a processing device, a sheet discharge device, and conveyance devices. The conveyance devices include a plurality of gripper devices including at least one reversing gripper device. The conveyance devices also include a second cylinder and reversing swing arm shaft pregripper. The second cylinder grips and conveys one edge of the sheet by one gripper device of the plurality of gripper devices. The reversing swing arm shaft pregripper is supported to be swingable between the first cylinder and the second cylinder, receives by the reversing gripper device the other edge of the sheet conveyed by the second cylinder, and transfers the received other edge of the sheet to the gripper device of the first cylinder by a gripping change.
