A fuel supply device for a gas engine is provided that includes a vaporizer, a primary regulator, a fuel changeover valve, a second inlet passage to which is introduced a second fuel fed out from a second fuel source, and a common outlet passage and can selectively connect the first and second inlet passages to the outlet passage, a common secondary regulator that regulates the pressure of the first fuel or second fuel so that it is at substantially atmospheric pressure and supplies it to a mixer, and a cutoff valve that opens/closes a fuel passage between the fuel changeover valve and the secondary regulator in response to operation/stopping of a gas engine, the vaporizer, the primary regulator, the fuel changeover valve, the cutoff valve, and the secondary regulator being integrally connected to each other to form a unit.

Fuel supply device for gas engine

An engine operated generator is provided with an engine, a generator driven by the engine, and a power control unit for controlling the power generated by the generator. A fuel gas stored in fuel bottles set in a case for the engine operated generator, is supplied to the engine though a fuel pressure regulator. The fuel bottles and the fuel pressure regulator are disposed adjacent to the power control unit to enable heat exchange with the power control unit provided with an inverter. Thus, heat is mutually utilized between the power control unit and at least one of the fuel bottles as fuel receptacles and the fuel pressure regulator.

Engine operated generator

A portable engine generator has a box-shaped case defining an internal space for holding an engine and an electric generator to be driven by the engine. The case is provided with carrying handles. The portable engine generator is provided with a cooling air passage through which fresh air as cooling air flows into the internal space while the engine is in operation. An inward depressed part is formed in a front cover of the case on the side of the internal space with respect to the carrying handles. The carrying handles and the inward depressed part define the cooling air passage. The cooling air passage serves as a hand space into which human hand is inserted to grip the carrying handles.

Portable engine operated machine

A self-propelled operating machine has a power source, a hydraulic CVT for varying power outputted from the power source, and a transmission mechanism connected to the hydraulic CVT for transmitting power outputted from the hydraulic CVT. A stand is mounted between the transmission mechanism and the power source so as to enclose the hydraulic CVT. The stand has an oil passage through which hydraulic oil of the hydraulic CVT flows. A cooling fan cools the oil passage of the stand to thereby cool the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic CVT flowing through the oil passage. The cooling fan is disposed between the power source and the hydraulic CVT so as to be enclosed by the stand.

Self-propelled operating machine

A walk-behind working machine includes a motive power source, right and left transmission shafts, and a clutch for transmitting motive power from the source to the shafts. The transmission shafts are disposed in alignment with their respective ends butting against each other. The clutch includes a driving cylindrical member rotationally mounted around the transmission shafts. The transmission shafts have first grooves formed on their outer peripheral surfaces while the cylindrical member has second grooves formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof. The clutch further includes balls disposed between a space defined by the first and second grooves. The first groove is of substantially V-shaped configuration. The first groove has a leading end positioned between the ends of the transmission shafts.

Walk-behind working machine

A fuel feed device for a gas engine includes a thermally insulated cartridge case for receiving therein a disposable gas cylinder or cartridge. The cartridge case has a built-in temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the gas cartridge, and a built-in electric heater for heating the gas cartridge. The electric heater is controlled such that the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is kept within a predetermined temperature range. A working machine driven by the gas engine is also disclosed.

Fuel feed device for gas engines and gas-engine-powered working machine

A lawn mower has a cutter blade rotatable in a substantially horizontal plane, and a cutter housing with the cutter blade being rotatably accommodated therein, the cutter housing comprising an upper wall having a raised scroll, and a circumferential wall having a discharge duct contiguous to the scroll and defining a discharge port. A first inner member is detachably disposed along inner surfaces of the upper and circumferential walls of the cutter housing, the first inner member having an inner surface of arcuate cross section. A second inner member is detachably disposed in the discharge duct contiguously to the first inner member in closing relationship to the discharge port, the second inner member being separate from the first inner member and having an inner surface of arcuate cross section.

An outboard engine has a power unit, an extension case extending vertically and having its upper end coupled to the power unit, and a propeller mounted on the lower end of the extension case and driven by the power unit. The power unit comprises an internal combustion engine having a vertically extending crank shaft and a cylinder having its axis extending horizontally, and a cover assembly covering the internal combustion engine. The axis of the cylinder is inclined to one side with respect to the axis of the propeller when viewed in plan. The outboard engine can be handled with utmost ease since it can be laid down during storage or shipment without being drained of engine oil.
