A method for manufacturing a hollow part with a branch, including a resin filling step of filling a mold, the mold having a main cavity in which a hollowing piece is placed, and a branch cavity to communicate with the main cavity, in which a slide shaft is inserted to advance and withdraw, and that forms a branch pipe portion in an annular space between the branch cavity and the slide shaft, a step of forming a hollow main pipe portion by moving the hollowing piece to force excess resin out of the main cavity, and a shaft removing step of withdrawing the slide shaft to form a branch hollow portion, the hollow part with a branch being made of a resin and having the branch pipe portion integrally connected to the main pipe portion such that the main hollow portion and the branch hollow portion communicate with each other.

Manufacturing method and manufacturing device for hollow part with branching portion

A battery case enables a battery cell to be placed in a continuously pressured state without increasing the complexity of the battery module manufacturing process. Specifically, the battery case has: a plastic first accommodation unit and second accommodation unit in which a laminated body of a battery cell is accommodated; a UD tape integrally positioned on a first side wall, a second side wall, and a third side wall, which form the first accommodation unit; and a UD tape integrally positioned on the first side wall, which form the second accommodation unit. The UD tapes are configured, in particular, to be positioned straddling the third side walls from the second side walls across the first side wall.

Battery case

A hollow body molding device forming a hollow molded body in a main cavity of a mold having in its one end a pressure port including a floating core by injecting molten resin through an injection gate into the main cavity having an outlet, and then pressure-injecting pressurized fluid through the pressure port into the main cavity to move the core toward the outlet through the resin injected into the main cavity to extrude the resin through the outlet and discharge it into a waste cavity, the device having: a floating core accommodating portion located between the outlet and a communication passage leading to the waste cavity and adjoins the main cavity and accommodates the core moved to the outlet by the fluid, in the device, a floating core accommodating portion inside diameter is smaller than a main cavity outlet diameter and is larger than a floating core outside diameter.

Hollow-body molding device

A wind power generation system including a power generation unit having an elastically deformable base material in a shape of a longitudinal flat plate and a piezoelectric element disposed on the base material, and which generates electricity as the power generation unit is vibrated; the piezoelectric element is repeatedly bent and deformed by the vibration and stacked on the base material, the wind power generation system being configured to include a tension adjusting device that, when a wind speed is increased, moves the movable member to increase a tensile force that pulls the power generation unit in the longitudinal direction, and the tension adjusting device being a lift generating member that is formed integrally with the movable member so as to be extended and to have wing shape to both sides of the movable member and that moves the movable member based on lift generated according to the wind speed.

Wind power generation device

Provided herein is a fuse that includes a conductive member, two shielding portions arranged on the conductive member, and a case. The conductive member includes a two bars on each end of the conductive member and an element (e.g., melting portion) that integrally connects the two bars. The two shielding members are disk shaped and are situated on the conductive member between the element and the two bars. The case encloses the element and the two shielding members.

Fuse

A power generation device for a mobile body includes power generating units and a holding member. Each power generating unit includes an elastically deformable base member and a piezoelectric film, which are laminated alternately. The holding member holds the power generating units. Each power generating unit has an elongated flat-plate shape. Opposite ends of the power generating unit in a longitudinal direction are held by the holding member such that the power generating unit is in an orientation in which a longitudinal axis is substantially perpendicular to the flow direction of the external fluid. A fixing member is provided at each of the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of each power generating unit. The power generating units are arranged in the holding member via the fixing members to pivot in accordance with the flow of the external fluid.

Power generation device for mobile body

A press-fit terminal includes: through-hole contact portions provided at intermediate portions in a terminal protruding direction, both ends of the through-hole contact portions in a widthwise direction being pressed against an inner peripheral surface of a through-hole; distal end side wide portions and proximal end side wide portions provided on both sides of the through-hole contact portions in the terminal protruding direction, and protruding toward both sides in the widthwise direction so as to position a substrate on both sides of the substrate in a thickness direction; width varying portions whose width gradually reduces from the distal end side wide portions toward a distal end side in the terminal protruding direction; a longitudinal perforated hole provided to extend over these portions; and a distal end connecting portion integrally connecting the width varying portions separated by the perforated hole, at a distal end side in the terminal protruding direction.
