A packaging section of a tablet packaging device includes: a placement base of a tray; a drawer storing the placement bas; a carrier provided with compartments corresponding to the storage concave portions of the tray; a drive device of the carrier; a shutter opening/closing; a bottom of the carrier; and an opening/closing device of the shutter. The drive device performs a step of defining a tablet discharge position on the tray as an original position and returning to the original position through a tablet reception start position and a tablet reception end position which are set below a discharge opening. A step of sequentially moving each compartment of the carrier below the discharge opening from the tablet reception start position to the tablet reception end position during the step to receive one tray of tablets is performed. When the carrier returns to the discharge position, the shutter is opened.

Tablet packaging device

A medicine sorting apparatus includes a receiving part, an identifying part and a storing part. The storing part includes a plurality of storing trays arranged in multiple stages. A storing area for each of returned medicines is defined at the time of storing each of the returned medicines according to a size of each of the returned medicines identified by the identifying part. Each of the returned medicines is stored in the storing tray in a state that the storing area for each of the returned medicines is associated with identification information of each of the returned medicines so that each of the returned medicines can be taken from the storing tray by a scalar type robot.

Method and apparatus for sorting returned medicine based on size

A medicine dispensing device capable of appropriately dispensing medicines independent of their form and having a compact structure. The medicine dispensing device has a device body () and a medicine conveyance member () for conveying, on one by one basis, medicines (D) arranged in rows in the device body (). There are provided: responsible a pharmacist identification meanswhich is provided at each containerof a drug rackwhere a drug D is contained and which identifies a responsible pharmacist; a memorywhere the pharmacist data is stored; and a control meanswhich, as a result of inputting the prescription data, associates the prescription data and the pharmacist data stored in a memory meanswith each other to create a prescription table, stores the prescription table into the memory means, and then, when the drug is taken out from the drug rack, refers to the prescription table based on the pharmacist data of the pharmacist identified by the responsible pharmacist identification means, and judges whether or not the pharmacist is permitted to perform dispensing of the drug to be taken out from the drug rack

Dispensing support device and dispensing support method

A drug dispenser which can push a drug package in a stable state and discharge it. The drug dispenser includes a drug case () for containing a plurality of drug packages () stacked in a vertical direction, each of the plurality of drug packages () is packed in a rectangular package with a flange (), and a pushing mechanism () for pushing out the lowermost drug package () in a horizontal direction. A guide member () for supporting and guiding the flange (') of the second drug package (&#x2032;), when the lowermost drug package () is pushed out, is provided in a pushing direction of the drug package ().

Drug dispenser

A medicine dispensing device capable of appropriately dispensing medicines independent of their form and having a compact structure. The medicine dispensing device has a device body () and a medicine conveyance member () for conveying, on one by one basis, medicines (D) arranged in rows in the device body (). The medicine conveyance member () has a medicine holding member () reciprocatingly moving in the horizontal and vertical directions. A device for dispensing medicine includes a dispensing device body (), a cassette () fixed removably to the dispensing device body in order to contain medicines while arranging, and a pushing mechanism () for pushing out the medicines in the cassette () toward one end side. The cassette () includes a cover () and a stopping/receiving part () disposed internally in the longitudinal direction. The pushing mechanism () includes an abutting part () contained in the cassette () and abutting against the medicines, a biasing part () for biasing the abutting part () against the medicine, and a stopping part () stopping at the stopping/receiving part () of the cassette () only when the cover () is opened. Consequently, the cassettes () can be arranged at a high density and a desired number of medicines can be dispensed surely.

Device for dispensing medicine

A drug dispenser which can easily align drugs when filling it with the drugs. In a drug dispenser in which a lowermost drug of a plurality of drugs () stacked in a vertical direction and contained in a drug case () is pushed out in a horizontal direction to dispense it, a door () is provided on the front surface of the drug case (). A drug aligning device (second door) is provided on the inner surface of the door (), the drug aligning device pushes the front ends of the plurality of drugs () contained in the drug case () to align the rear ends thereof when the door () is closed.

On each of a plurality of disposed racks, an injection drug storing container is each detachably mounted. The injection drug storing container includes a transportation device for transporting a stored injection drug in one direction. The injection drug transported by the transportation device is housed in each housing portion formed on a circumferential portion of a rotating body one by one. The injection drug in each housing portion is sequentially delivered one by one by rotation of the rotating body.

Injection drug feeding device

The present invention provides a medicine feed unit which can reliably feed a predetermined number of medicine sticks without requiring a work for aligning the medicine sticks. The medicine feed unit is equipped with a medicine housing container for housing a plurality of medicine sticks each obtained by packaging a medicine in a cylindrical bag sealed at both end portions and a medicine feeding section , to which the medicine housing container is removably attached and which feeds the medicine sticks one by one. The medicine feeding section includes conveyance means having a passage , on which the medicine stick can be conveyed in a longitudinal direction thereof, a medicine feeding container having an inclined surface for moving the medicine stick conveyed by the conveyance means diagonally downward toward a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction, a rotor , which is disposed in the medicine feeding container so that rotation thereof can be driven and conveys the medicine stick moved along the inclined surface while holding them in a holding depressed portion formed in an outer periphery.

Medicine feed unit

An ampoule storage container stores a plurality of ampoules in a laterally orientated state with respect to a discharge direction. A belt conveyor is disposed at the bottom of the ampoule storage container so that the ampoule can be conveyed in the laterally orientated state. An ampoule regulating member is disposed above the belt of the belt conveyor to form a gap through which only one of the ampoule can pass. A stopper which comes into contact with the one end of the ampoule passing through the gap is provided so that the ampoule can be changed to a longitudinally orientated state. According to the present invention, the direction of the ampoule can be changed and a desired number of ampoules can be discharged one by one in spite of simple construction.

Ampoule storage container

A drug packaging system including a bag supply unit (A) for printing injection drug information on bags and feeding the bags, a drug feed unit (B) for putting drugs specified the doctors' orders into each of the bags ( ) received from the bag supply unit (A), and a packaging unit for putting the bags ( ) into a bucket ( ). The packaging unit includes a bed ( ) for supporting bags, a mouth-opening means ( ) for opening the mouth of the bag on the bed, and a chute ( ) through which drugs are fed into the bag on the bed through the bag mouth. The bed ( ) is pivotable between a position for putting drugs into the bag and a position for dispensing the bag.

Injection drug packaging device

A medicine feeder apparatus comprising a plurality of cassettes each of which contains a different kind of medicine and a base portion on which the plurality of cassettes are mounted and which discharges the medicine in accordance with the prescription. the apparatus comprises an identification which is provided on each cassette, the identification showing information on the medicine contained in the cassette; a reader which is provided on the base portion, the reader reading the identification of the cassette during the cassette is mounted on the base portion; and a rock which is provided on the base portion, the rock preventing the cassette from being mounted. If the information of the medicine read from the identification by the reader does not coincide with a previously stored information, the rock is operated, while if coincide, the rock is released.

Medicine feeder apparatus

An ampule feeder which can store a necessary number of ampules at the outlet so that ampules can be instantly discharged one by one in response to a discharge signal from the ampule feeder in which are randomly stored many ampules. The ampule feeder has a detachably mounted ampule container having a bottom plate inclinable in one direction. Ampules raised by an ampule receiver are fed by an endless belt of a dispenser and a predetermined number of them are stored in grooves formed in a rotor of a discharge means provided at the outlet. In response to a discharge signal, a necessary number of ampules are discharged.
