Disclosed is an inspection device including: a machine learning device that performs machine learning on the basis of state data acquired from an inspection target and label data indicating an inspection result related to the inspection target to generate a learning model; a learning model evaluation index calculation unit that calculates a learning model evaluation index related to the learning model generated by the machine learning device as an evaluation index used to evaluate the learning model; an inspection index acquisition unit that acquires an inspection index used in an inspection; and an index value determination unit that determines whether the learning model generated by the machine learning device satisfies the inspection index on the basis of the learning model evaluation index and the inspection index and outputs a result of the determination.

Inspection device and machine learning method

A time series data display device includes a display unit that outputs display data regarding the time series data. The display unit includes a general display generation unit that generates general display data for general display of a general tendency of the time series data and a detailed display generation unit that generates detailed display data for detailed display of detailed individual values of the time series data. The general display displays frequency or density of individual data configuring the time series data at each position of the time series data on a rendering plane, with a visual effect in accordance with the frequency or the density.

An inspection apparatus of the present disclosure includes: a machine learning device that performs machine learning on a basis of state data acquired from an inspection target and label data indicating an inspection result related to the inspection target to generate a learning model; a learning model evaluation index calculation unit that calculates a learning model evaluation index related to the learning model generated by the machine learning device as an evaluation index to be used to evaluate the learning model; an inspection index acquisition unit that acquires an inspection index to be used in the inspection; and a learning model selection unit that displays the learning model evaluation index and the inspection index so as to be comparable with each other regarding the learning model generated by the machine learning device, receives selection of the learning model by an operator, and outputs a result of the selection.

Inspection apparatus and machine learning method

A sorting system determines the aptitude of the result of learning obtained by learning sorting data indicative of the result of sorting of an object to be sorted corresponding to measurement data on a state of the object to be sorted. If the aptitude is compatible with a previously specified criterion, the operation of the system is switched so as to perform automatic sorting of the object to be sorted. If the aptitude is not compatible with the previously specified criterion, the operation of the system is switched so as not to perform the automatic sorting of the object to be sorted.

A hand for transferring a transfer target can be selected even when the combination of the transfer target and the hand is not taught. A machine learning device includes: state observation means for acquiring at least a portion of image data obtained by imaging a transfer target as input data; label acquisition means for acquiring information related to grasping means attached to a robot for transferring the transfer target as a label; and learning means for performing supervised learning using a set of the input data acquired by the state observation means and the label acquired by the label acquisition means as teacher data to construct a learning model that outputs information related to the grasping means appropriate for the transferring.
