This steam turbine is provided with a rotor shaft which rotates about an axis, a plurality of rows of moving blades which are fixed to the outside, in the radial direction, of the rotor shaft, and which are disposed spaced apart in the axial direction along the axis, a casing disposed in such a way as to cover the rotor shaft and the plurality of rows of moving blades, and rows of stationary blades which are fixed to the inside, in the radial direction, of the casing, are disposed spaced apart in the axial direction, and which are disposed on a first side, in the axial direction, of each of the plurality of rows of moving blades, wherein the rows of stationary blades are provided with: a plurality of stationary blades which are disposed spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and each of which extends in the radial direction.

A steam turbine stator vane includes a vane body portion which has a vane surface including a pressure surface and a suction surface, a moisture removal channel disposed in the vane body portion, at least one slit opening to the vane surface to communicate with the moisture removal channel and extending along a height direction from a base end portion toward a tip end portion of the vane body portion, and at least one groove portion disposed in the vane surface and extending from the base end portion along the height direction, at least a part of the at least one groove portion overlapping the at least one slit along the height direction.

Provided is a steam turbine rotor blade having, at an intermediate position in a blade length direction thereof, a tie boss for connection to an adjacent blade, wherein the steam turbine rotor blade includes a leading edge side protrusion that is extending in an embankment shape in a blade chord length direction at an intermediate position in the blade length direction, a start end and a terminal end of the leading edge side protrusion are located on a suction side surface and a pressure side surface, respectively, and the leading edge side protrusion continues from the start end to the terminal end via a blade leading edge and arrangement thereof in the blade length direction overlaps with the tie boss as viewed from the upstream side.

Steam turbine rotor blade

Water droplets that are moved on blade surfaces of a rotor blade are effectively guided toward the blade trailing edge while influence on the strength of the rotor blade is suppressed. A steam turbine rotor blade having a tie-boss for joining to adjacent blades at an intermediate position in the blade length direction is provided. The steam turbine rotor blade includes an airfoil part in which a blade surface is partly hollow as viewed in a section obtained by cutting by an orthogonal plane to a rotation center line of a turbine and a recessed blade surface that is this hollow partial blade surface passes through the blade root side of the tie-boss at least in a region on the pressure side and extends in a strip shape in the blade chord length direction.

Steam turbine rotor blade and manufacturing method and remodeling method of steam turbine rotor blade

A steam turbine hollow stationary blade is able to reduce the amount of water droplets captured on a blade surface. The steam turbine hollow stationary blade, which has a cavity therein, includes a partition wall dividing the cavity into a pressure chamber on a leading edge side and an exhaust chamber on a trailing edge side, at least one steam inlet hole connecting the pressure chamber and an outside of the stationary blade to each other, and at least one pressure conditioning hole connecting the pressure chamber and the exhaust chamber. Total opening area of the pressure conditioning hole is smaller than total opening area of the steam inlet hole.

A turbine stator blade () includes a pressure side (P) extending in a radial direction intersecting a flow direction of steam, and facing upstream in the flow direction. A slit () extending in the radial direction and capturing a liquefied component of the steam is formed on a downstream side of the pressure side (P). A hydrophilic uneven region () having a liquid film capacity greater than that of the pressure side (P) by being recessed in a depth direction intersecting the pressure side (P) is formed in a further upstream position than the slit (). The hydrophilic uneven region () has a depth in the depth direction increasing and a flow resistance decreasing toward downstream and toward the slit ().

Turbine stator blade and steam turbine

A steam turbine includes a rotor; a casing which houses the rotor; a plurality of rotor blades disposed around the rotor; and a plurality of stationary vanes supported on the casing. The stationary vane includes a vane body portion and an inner race positioned on an inner side of the vane body portion in a radial direction of the rotor. The stationary vanes include a first stationary vane having a through hole formed through the vane body portion. The rotor has a cavity having a concave shape and being formed such that at least a part of the inner race of the first stationary vane is housed in the cavity. The steam turbine includes a steam passage to discharge steam extracted from a space upstream of the first stationary vane in the casing to the cavity from the inner race through the through hole of the first stationary vane.

A steam turbine blade includes a blade body () including blade surfaces () extending in a blade height direction. The blade body () includes a first suction port () extending in the blade height direction and opening in the blade surface (), a first drain flow path () internally extending in the blade height direction, and first communication passages () internally provided away from one another in the blade height direction and independently of one another and making the first drain port () and the first drain flow path () in communication with each other.

A turbine stator blade () includes a pressure side (P) extending in a radial direction intersecting a flowing direction of steam and facing upstream in the flowing direction. A slit () capturing droplets generated by liquefaction of the steam is formed on a downstream side of the pressure side (P). A fine uneven region (), which guides the droplets attached to the pressure side (P) in the radial direction such that the droplets are moved toward the slit () and from upstream toward downstream, is formed in a further upstream position than the slit (). The fine uneven region () has a flow resistance to the droplets gradually increasing from inward to outward in the radial direction.
