A laser-welded shape section steel includes a web member and a flange member each made of a steel plate, the steel plate having an equivalent carbon content Cof not less than 0.075 and not more than 0.15, the equivalent carbon content Cbeing represented by the following formula: C=C+(Si/50)+(Mn/25)+(P/2)+(Cr/25)+Ti, where a welded part, which is a joint part in which the web member and the flange member are joined, has a hardness of not less than 1.2 times and not more than 4 times as hard as that of the steel plate, and the welded part a protrusion length of not greater than 1 mm.

Laser-welded shaped steel and method for producing same

A welded shaped steel manufacturing device includes: a plate conveying device configured to convey a web member and two flange members in a conveyance direction; and a laser welding device configured to laser-weld butt portions of ends of the web member butting against the two flange members for weld-bonding, wherein the plate conveying device includes a web member holding device having surface side rollers arranged at intervals in the conveyance direction in a position not to block laser irradiation from the laser welding device toward welding points, and wherein the web member is held with the surface side rollers over a predetermined range in the conveyance direction, and wherein side ends of the surface side rollers facing the two flange members are positioned along boundaries of areas having spatters dispersed from the welding points in a degree exceeding a predetermined value.

Device and method for manufacturing welded shaped steel

A welded shaped steel manufacturing device for weld-connecting a butt portion of a web member having an end butting perpendicularly against a flange member and thereafter correcting in shape the flange member subjected to thermal deformation caused by heat input during welding, the device includes: a corrective device including flange-member correcting rollers arranged for respective ends of the flange member, each configured to press each end on a web-member side of the flange member so as to correct the thermal deformation over a range of the flange member from each end thereof to the butt portion thereof against the web member, and web-member supporting rollers configured to support a web surface of the web member, wherein the flange-member correcting rollers arranged for the respective ends of the flange member apply independent pressures to the respective ends so as to correct the thermal deformation.

Provided is a stacking device that stacks shaped steel with small-scale equipment using a transporting means with a simple structure. This shaped steel stacking device comprises: a stacking platform on which stacked shaped steel is loaded; a transporting platform that has a plurality of loading faces on which the shaped steel to be transported to the stacking platform is loaded; and a pushing means that pushes the shaped steel loaded on the transporting platform out toward the stacking platform. The transporting platform comprises a first loading face having a flat portion and a second loading face having a flat portion and an inclined portion. The inclined portion is formed on a side facing the stacking platform, and the first and second loading faces can be selected according to the order the shaped steel is pushed out.
