Provided is a thermally conductive molded resin article that can be inexpensively mass-produced and that exhibits a low thermal resistance value as a result of reducing internal thermal resistance by high filling and reducing interfacial thermal resistance by improving cutting precision. The thermally conductive molded resin article is characterized by comprising a resin and thermally conductive fillers including a first thermally conductive filler and a second thermally conductive filler having a smaller particle size than the first thermally conductive filler. The thermally conductive molded resin article is also characterized in that: the first thermally conductive filler has an aspect ratio of 10 or more and is oriented approximately in the thickness direction of the thermally conductive molded resin article; the resin is a silicone resin, an acrylic rubber, or a fluororubber; and the second thermally conductive filler has a thermal conductivity surpassing 5 W/mK.

Thermally conductive molded resin article

A sensor device includes a sensor element, a converter, and an output unit. The sensor element includes a sheet-like dielectric layer including an elastomer composition and a top electrode layer and a bottom electrode layer each including an electroconductive composition containing carbon nanotubes. The top and the bottom electrode layers are formed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the dielectric layer, respectively, and are at least partially opposed to each other across the dielectric layer. The at least partially opposed portions of the top and the bottom electrode layers constitute a detection portion, and the dielectric layer reversibly deforms to change an area of a main surface of the dielectric layer. The converter electrically is connected to the sensor element and converts capacitance at the detection portion that varies in accordance with the deformation of the dielectric layer to electric characteristics.

Sensor device and stretchable structure

A blade for an electro-photographic device includes an elastic rubber member constituted by an edge portion and a base portion which are in contact with each other and are constituted by different materials, wherein the edge portion includes an edge subject to frictional wear in use and is made of ester polyurethane, and the base portion is adapted to be bonded to a support and is made of ether polyurethane. The blade undergoes minimal permanent deformation and offers excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and compliance to the use environment.
