A linear actuator is provided that has a configuration capable of inhibiting contact between an inner core and a plate spring that is connected to the inner core and an outer core, and which is realized by a configuration that is easy to assemble. A stator is arranged in an opening section of a through-hole in the inner core, and has a spacer through which a shaft passes. An outer frame section of the plate spring is connected to the outer core, and a fixed section of the plate spring is connected to the inner core through the spacer in a state in which the shaft passes therethrough. The spacer includes a penetration section having an insertion hole which the shaft is inserted through, and restriction sections and which restrict a displacement of a predetermined amount or more of the plate spring to the inner core side.

The linear actuator includes an inner core (), and an outer core () provided outside the inner core in a radial direction while being supported by a pair of flat springs (and). Permanent magnets (and) are formed at one of the inner core and the outer core, and magnetic pole portions (and) are formed at the other of the inner core and the outer core to face the permanent magnet with predetermined gaps formed therebetween. Spacers (and) are respectively provided between the inner core and the flat springs, abutting portions are respectively configured by abutting facing surfaces of the spacers and the inner core and facing surfaces of the spacers and the flat springs adjacent to the spacers in the axial direction, and at least an engagement portion including a recess and a protrusion are arranged at the abutting portions.

A linear actuator includes an inner core, and an outer core that is provided outside the inner core in a radial direction while being supported by a pair of flat springs. Permanent magnets are formed at one of the inner core and the outer core, and magnetic pole portions are formed at the other of the inner core and the outer core to face the permanent magnet with predetermined gaps formed therebetween. Spacers are respectively provided between the inner core and the flat springs, abutting portions are respectively configured by abutting facing surfaces of the spacers and the inner core and facing surfaces of the spacers and the flat springs adjacent to the spacers in the axial direction, and a plurality of engagement portions including recesses and protrusions are arranged at the abutting portions.

A bolt fixing device is configured so that a lock cap is pushed up by elastic force of an elastic member and engages upper surface teeth with lower surface teeth, the upper surface teeth being formed on the upper surface of a flange of a lock cap, the lower surface teeth being formed on the lower surface of an engagement flange of a body housing. Thus, the head bolt of a jet pump beam is fixed. With the configuration, when installing an inlet mixer, the head bolt of the jet pump beam is simply and reliably locked against rotation.

A ceramic heat exchanger includes a heat exchange section that heat-exchanges between two fluids A and B flowing opposite directions to each other. The heat exchange section includes ceramic blocks stacked one on top of another with a seal therebetween. The ceramic blocks have a plurality of parallel lines of flow channels, each line defined by the flow channels through which the same fluid flows, any two adjacent lines being defined by the flow channels through which the different fluids A and B flow respectively. Both ends in the stacking direction of the stack are bound to join and integrate the ceramic blocks with tightening means including end plates and a tie rod. A thermal expansion absorber is disposed on an external surface of the end plates for absorbing thermal expansion in the axial direction of the tie rod.

In a piezoelectric power generation device and a piezoelectric ceramics member used in the device excellent in its power generation efficiency in which the polarization of piezoelectric ceramics elements is set to the same direction and an extremely thin metallic electrode is sandwiched in between the piezoelectric ceramics elements so that a current output obtained in the piezoelectric power generation device can be improved substantially to about two times as high as a current output obtained by a usual piezoelectric power generation device and the parasitic resonance of the electrode can be prevented, the piezoelectric power generation device generates power by applying a distortion deformation to piezoelectric ceramics members formed in plate shapes. The piezoelectric power generation device includes the piezoelectric ceramics members each having the two plate shaped piezoelectric ceramics elements whose polarization is set to the same direction and the extremely thin metallic electrode interposed between the piezoelectric ceramics elements, the piezoelectric ceramics member being formed in a laminar shape by uniting the piezoelectric ceramics elements through the metallic electrode; and the cushion materials for supporting central parts or both end parts of one surfaces of the piezoelectric ceramics members. Thus, the piezoelectric power generation device has a soft support structure in which the natural oscillation of the piezoelectric ceramics members is hardly transmitted to other structural members. A step part is formed in the piezoelectric ceramics member and the metallic electrode.

The present invention provides a non-power source type monitor device installed in a place where a non-power source system needs to be used or a place preferably suitable for the non-power source system, in which a quantity generated energy not lower than several ten times as much as an output of electric current obtained by usual piezoelectric power generating device using steel balls can be assuredly obtained by striking a piezoelectric ceramics element once. A piezoelectric power generating device is formed commonly with capable of automatically repeatedly striking the piezoelectric ceramics element so that a quantity of generated energy of a practical level can be assuredly ensured as a power source of such type monitor device.

Powerless type security device

This invention relates to a power source apparatus using piezoelectric elements. A conventional power source apparatus using the piezoelectric element has an ability of generating less electricity, and therefore, has been applicable only to equipment which operates with low power consumption. To solve the problems of the conventional power source apparatus, the inventor has devised a 'power source apparatus' and disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3074105. However, the devised power generating device has the Zener diode used as the trigger circuit determining the quantity of the charged electricity. Therefore, it is necessary to operate the trigger circuit all the time, consequently to use too much electricity to operate. The electrical power consumption therefor is unignorable compared with the electric energy generated by the piezoelectric element. The consumption of the unignorable quantity of electricity for monitoring the current with the Zener diode makes it impossible to charge a lot of electricity in the device. Thus, there has been room for further improvement in the devised power generating device used for electric power equipment having need of relatively high electricity. In the light of the foregoing controversial points of the conventional power source apparatuses, the present invention has the aim of providing a power source apparatus using a piezoelectric element, which is capable of supplying sufficient electricity to an external device having need of relatively high electricity. To attain the object described above according to the present invention, there is provided a power source apparatus comprising a power generating section for generating electricity by exerting a stress on piezoelectric elements, and a charging section for recharging therein with the electricity, which charging section includes a determination means for determining whether the quantity of charged electricity reaches a prescribed level according to the timing of generating electricity in the piezoelectric elements. According to the apparatus, electricity is generated by exerting the stress on the piezoelectric elements and successively charged in the charging section, while increasing the quantity of charged electricity in the charging section. Only when the quantity of electricity charged in the charging section complies with the timing of power generation in the piezoelectric elements, i.e. the timing of increase of the quantity of charged electricity, a determination whether the quantity of charged electricity reaches the prescribed level is made. Thus, the desired determination of the charged electricity can be made intermittently with high efficiency according to the timing of increasing the charged electricity. As a result, more electricity can be charged without wasting of electricity for monitoring and determining the charged electricity.
