A canceler device includes: a line connector having a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal, the line connector being configured to output a signal provided to the first terminal to the second terminal; and a reflection circuit to output a reflected wave of the signal output to the second terminal to the third terminal. The reflection circuit includes: a first variable resistor having a first end connected to the second terminal; a second variable resistor having a first end connected to the second terminal and a second end grounded; and a parallel resonance circuit having a first end connected to a second end of the first variable resistor and a second end grounded.

Canceler device and wireless device

An ultrasound probe includes: a metal case including a bottom wall portion having a vibration surface, and a side wall portion connected to the bottom wall portion; a coil mounted on one surface of the side wall portion; and a magnet mounted in such a way as to sandwich the coil between the magnet and the one surface of the side wall portion, in which the coil causes an eddy current to occur in the one surface of the side wall portion, and causes the bottom wall portion to vibrate, by using a Lorentz force occurring in the side wall portion because of the interaction between the eddy current and a magnetic field generated by the magnet.

Ultrasound probe

Provided is a biosensor device including: a signal generating unit for generating a continuous wave signal; an antenna for emitting the continuous wave signal as a radio wave; a variable matching circuit for performing impedance matching between the signal generating unit and the antenna; a detection circuit for outputting a detection signal on the basis of the continuous wave signal generated by the signal generating unit and a reflected signal of a radio wave incident on the antenna; and a control unit for controlling an element value of the variable matching circuit from the detection signal in a predetermined period corresponding to one cycle or more time in which heartbeat and respiration waveforms can be measured on the basis of the detection signal.

Biosensor device

A test object includes a sensor housing for vibrating together with a test object in synchronism with vibration of the test object; a piezoelectric substrate for vibrating together with the sensor housing in synchronism with vibration of the sensor housing, where a first interdigital electrode, a first terminal, a second interdigital electrode, and a second terminal are disposed on a first surface of the piezoelectric substrate, and the piezoelectric substrate is disposed inside the sensor housing to be fixed to the sensor housing; an amplifier for receiving a signal output from the second terminal as an input signal, amplifying the received input signal, and transmitting the input signal after the amplification to the first terminal as an output signal; a deformable layer being elastic and having a first surface adhered to a second surface of the piezoelectric substrate; and a heavy object having a first surface adhered to a second surface of the deformable layer.

Vibration sensor

The present invention provides an antenna device including a ground conductor platehaving a first circular hole, a disc-shaped conductor platewhich has a second circular holewhose center is disposed on a straight line passing through a center of the first holeand orthogonal to the ground conductor plate, has a center that coincides with the center of the second hole, and is disposed substantially parallel to the ground conductor plate, a first linear conductorhaving a first end passing through the first hole and a second end passing through the second hole, a second linear conductorhaving a first end connected to the second end of the first conductor and disposed substantially parallel to the ground conductor plate, and an antenna elementconnected to a second end of the second conductor.

Array antenna device

A line conductor is configured so as to be arranged between a lower surface conductor and an upper surface conductor in parallel with the lower surface conductor in such a way as to extend around the periphery of a hollow cylindrical conductor in a state in which an end is connected to a side surface of the hollow cylindrical conductor and another end is open. As a result, efficient supply of power to a conductive liquid can be performed without disposing a conducting tube having a length of approximately &#x3bb;/4 at an operating frequency.

Antenna device

A sealed case () includes a first electrode () and a second electrode (). The maximum size of each of these electrodes and a distance between them are equal to or smaller than one tenth the wavelength of a signal of interest. The sealed case () is configured such that the internal gas becomes a plasma state. The second electrode () is connected to a first conductor (), and the first electrode () is connected to a second conductor () disposed to be perpendicular to the first conductor ().

Antenna device and array antenna device

A wireless communication device whose impedance can be matched with an arbitrary load impedance and that can be broadened in operating frequency band even when choosing an input impedance of an IC chip freely is not possible. The wireless communication device includes: a first conductor; a second conductor disposed substantially parallel to the first conductor; a hole formed in the second conductor; a capacitive coupling mechanism disposed adjacent to the hole; and a communication circuit which has at least one of a radio wave transmitting function and a radio wave receiving function. The communication circuit is connected through the capacitive coupling mechanism to two sites on the second conductor that are near borders between the second conductor and the hole.

Wireless communication device

A radio communication device is obtained which is provided with an RFID tag function which can ensure the mounting area of each antenna as large as possible, and which is sharable with an LF band RFID system or an HF band RFID system and a UHF band RFID system, while having a communication range equivalent to the communication range of each of an LF band an HF band and a UHF band. The device is provided with an integrated circuit () having a communication function in a first frequency band, a conductive object () connected to one of input and output terminals of the integrated circuit (), an integrated circuit () having a communication function in a second frequency band, and a second conductive object connected between input and output terminals of the integrated circuit (). The second conductive object is composed of a spiral conductive object (). The other of the input output terminals of the integrated circuit () is connected to a part of the spirally wound conductive object ().

Radio communication equipment

An RFID tag is characterized in that it includes: a dielectric substrate; a ground conductor portion disposed on one main surface of this dielectric substrate; a patch conductor portion disposed on another main surface of the above-mentioned dielectric substrate and forming a slot; electrical connecting portions internally extending from opposing sides of the above-mentioned slot, respectively; and an IC chip placed in the above-mentioned slot and connected to the above-mentioned electrical connecting portions.

RFID tag, method of manufacturing the RFID tag, and method of mounting the RFID tag

In a foldable portable telephone, a shield box provided within an upper casing is connected via a flexible cable to an output terminal of a transmitting circuit provided within a lower casing, and the shield box is used as an antenna. Thus, compared to the conventional case where a rod antenna is provided at an upper end of the lower casing, variation in gain dependent on a state of the user's hand holding the portable telephone is lessened.

Foldable portable telephone

An antenna device, a radio communication terminal, an external antenna, and a hand strap can be provided, which are capable of ensuring satisfactory communication performance without being affected by the surrounding environment even in an area where the electric field is weak, and having the antenna performance improved by slightly modifying the body of an existing radio communication device. The antenna device according to the present invention includes an internal antenna () electrically connected to and incorporated into a circuit for radio communication within a case () and an external antenna () externally attached to the case.
