An electric movable body includes a plurality of motors and a plurality of batteries, among which the motors and the batteries are connected such that each of the batteries supplies electric power to a motor set driving separate output shafts. When an abnormal motor that has been determined as abnormal is in a drive state, by switching the abnormal motor to a stop state, and switching one of the motors driving the output shaft driven by the abnormal motor and in the stop state to the drive state, the electric movable body assigns the drive state or the stop state to a motor set including the abnormal motor and to a motor set including the switched motor, for driving each of the output shafts by at least one motor and for supplying electric power from each of the batteries to at least one motor.

A current controller calculates a drive signal by means of fundamental wave current control and high-order current control, for driving an inverter. A 5order/7order voltage command calculation section calculates a 5order/7order voltage command vector Vd*, Vq* by means of feedback control which makes a high-order dq transformation value extracted from the actual current coincide with a 5order/7order current command value Id*, Iq*. A 5order/7order vector transformation section executes high-order vector transformation processing on the 5order/7order voltage command vector Vd*, Vq* that is calculated by the 5order/7order voltage command calculation section, with the high-order vector transformation processing being executed such as to make a high-order voltage vector and a high-order current vector coincide in phase in high-order dq coordinates, and with the high-order vector transformation processing including rotation transformation by high-order vector rotation which rotates a high-order vector.

Control apparatus for AC motor

In a sensor output determination apparatus, a converter converts analog outputs of two sensors of a first-phase to two digital signals representing a current of the first-phase, and converts analog outputs of two sensors of a second-phase to two digital signals representing a current of the second-phase. The determination section determines whether the analog outputs of the two sensors of the first-phase are normal based on the two digital signals representing the current of the first-phase, and determines whether the analog outputs of the two sensors of the second-phase are normal based on the two digital signals representing the current of the second-phase. The transmission section transmits one of the two digital signals representing the current of the first-phase, one of the two digital signals representing the current of the second-phase, and a digital signal representing a result of determinations of the determination section, to the outside of the apparatus.

Sensor output determination apparatus

A motor control system includes: a converter; two inverters; two alternating-current motors; and a control unit. The control unit is configured to control the system voltage by feedback of a current phase of a current vector of motor current of each of the motors on a d-q coordinate plane so that rectangular wave control of at least one of the first and second motors is performed in a state where the current phase is an optimal current phase, wherein the control unit selects, as a subject of the feedback, the current phase of one of the motors that is larger than the other motor in system voltage deviation obtained based on the current vector.

Motor control system for executing drive control of an alternating-current motor

An inverter control apparatus performs PWM control of a 3-phase inverter connected to a rotary machine, by operating switching devices corresponding to respective phases. In each of successive processing periods, the PWM control is applied such as to satisfy first and second conditions. The first condition is that the state of switching devices corresponding to a highest-voltage phase of the inverter during the processing period is held fixed throughout the processing period. The second condition is that switching devices corresponding to a lowest-voltage phase of the inverter undergoes a greater number of switching operations during the processing period than switching devices corresponding to an intermediate-voltage phase of the inverter. The frequency of harmonic components in AC currents flowing in the rotary machine can thereby be raised above the audible range, to suppress audible mechanical noise, without significantly increasing the amount of switching losses.

Control apparatus for electric power inverter

In an apparatus, a synchronizing unit synchronizes a measurement timing of values of first and second phase currents by a current sensor with a measurement timing of a rotational angle of a rotor by a rotational angle sensor. A current calculator calculates, based on the first and second parameter signals and the rotational angle of the rotor, values of two phase currents in a rotational coordinate system defined with respect to the rotor. A transmitter transmits the values of the two phase currents using a communication protocol. A controller communicates with the transmitter using the communication protocol to receive the values of the two phase currents. The controller controls the first phase current, the second phase current, and a third phase current flowing through respective first, second, and third phase windings of a three-phase rotary machine according to the values of the two-phase currents.

Current control apparatus for three-phase rotary machine

In a control apparatus, a target harmonic current obtainer obtains, according to a phase current flowing through at least one phase winding of a stator, a target harmonic current component flowing in a rotary machine. The target harmonic current component is included in a fundamental current component of the phase current. An inducing unit superimposes, on the phase information, a fluctuating signal that changes at an angular velocity identical to an angular velocity of the target harmonic current component, to induce a counteracting harmonic current component in the at least one phase winding. The counteracting harmonic current component counteracts the target harmonic current component.

Apparatus for controlling rotary machine

In a control apparatus, a target harmonic current obtainer obtains, according to a phase current flowing through at least one phase winding of a stator of a rotary machine, a target harmonic current component flowing in the rotary machine. The target harmonic current component correlates with a fundamental current component of a phase current. An inducing unit superimposes, on at least one of the amplitude and the phase of an output voltage vector of a power converter used by a switching unit, a harmonic signal that changes at an angular velocity identical to an angular velocity of the target harmonic current component. This induces a counteracting harmonic current component in the at least one phase winding. The counteracting harmonic current component counteracts the target harmonic current component.

In an apparatus, a controller performs, as a calculation of d- and q-axis values of a current vector, a first task and a second task. The first task expands one of a measured first phase current and another phase current into Fourier series of the corresponding phase current as a function of an electric rotational angle of an AC motor. The first task extracts a first-order component from the Fourier series to obtain first and second Fourier coefficients of the first-order component. The second task calculates the d-axis value as a first sum of the first and second Fourier coefficients to which temporally-invariant constants of a first pair have been multiplied, and the q-axis value as a second sum of the first and second Fourier coefficients to which temporally-invariant constants of a second pair have been multiplied.

Apparatus for controlling AC motor

A control device of a three-phase AC motor includes: an inverter for driving the motor; a current sensor for sensing a current; and a control means for controlling the motor by switching on/off each switching element in the inverter with feeding back dq axis current calculated values to dq axis current command values, or with feeding back a torque estimated value to a torque command value. The control means includes one first order current operation part that: expands a phase current sensed value of one phase in Fourier series as a function of an electric angle; extracts a first order component of the Fourier series; operates a first order current operated value; and integrates a calculated value based on the phase current sensed value at an integral angle for k periods of the electric angle so that Fourier coefficients are calculated.

Control device of AC motor

A motor control system includes: a power supply; a converter; an inverter; an alternating-current motor; and a control unit that drives the motor in any one of sinusoidal PWM control, overmodulation control and rectangular wave control through operation control of the converter and the inverter. The control unit starts step-up operation of the converter when a current vector of motor current of the motor on a d-q coordinate plane becomes a current phase corresponding to motor torque, at which a system loss is equal between before and after starting the step-up operation, while the control unit supplies the direct-current voltage, supplied from the power supply, to the inverter without stepping up the direct-current voltage by the converter and performs the rectangular wave control of the motor in a state where the current phase is an optimal current phase.

Motor control system

Target rotation speed at a reference point set at TDC slightly preceding a target stop position of engine rotation is set. A target trajectory of an engine rotation behavior extending since an engine rotation stop behavior starts until the target rotation speed at the reference point is reached is calculated based on the target rotation speed at the reference point and an engine friction. Torque of an alternator is controlled to conform the engine rotation behavior to the target trajectory during the engine rotation stop behavior. Generation of the torque of the alternator stops at a position preceding the reference point by a predetermined crank angle. Therefore, the torque of the alternator is controlled such that an energy deviation between the target trajectory and the engine rotation behavior becomes zero at the position preceding the reference point by the predetermined crank angle.

Engine stop control device

A control apparatus controls acceleration of a vehicle provided with a motive power generation apparatus and brake apparatuses. For the control, the control apparatus comprises calculation and actuating blocks. The calculation block calculates torque to be requested, based on a difference between an actual value of the acceleration and a target value thereof and a gain for feedback controlling the actual value of the acceleration to the target value thereof. The gain is differentiated in value between in a first case in which the brake apparatuses are used for the feedback control and a second case in which the brake apparatuses are not used for the feedback control. The actuating block actuates the motive power generation apparatus and the brake apparatuses based on the calculated torque. The value of the gain in the first case is made larger than the value of the gain in the second case.

Method and apparatus for controlling acceleration of a vehicle

A control device divides 360&#xb0; corresponding to one cycle of a resolver angle into N zones, and determines whether or not a resolver angle &#x3b8; in the current cycle exceeds a division border. When determined that resolver angle &#x3b8; in the current cycle exceeds a division border, the control device calculates a time difference &#x394;T[n] between a calculation time T[n] in the immediately preceding resolver cycle and a calculation time T in the current cycle. The control device also calculates a resolver angle variation &#x394;&#x3b8;[n] with time difference &#x394;T[n] by adding 360&#xb0; to the difference between resolver angle &#x3b8; obtained in the current cycle and a resolver angle &#x3b8;[n] obtained in the immediately preceding resolver cycle. The control device then calculates a rotation speed NM by multiplying, by a coefficient K, a value obtained by dividing &#x394;&#x3b8;[n] by &#x394;T[n].

Control device and control method for motor

A control apparatus is provided to control the stopping of a vehicle. The control apparatus comprises a speed detector that detects a speed of a vehicle, speed acquiring means, target setting means, and control means. The speed acquiring means acquires an actual speed of the vehicle from detected results of the speed detector. The target setting means sets a target acceleration of the vehicle depending on the actual speed when the vehicle is stopped automatically. The control means controls an actual acceleration of the vehicle at the target acceleration.
