An opening/closing mechanism includes: opening/closing member including rotating portion on rotation axis; and cam member to face the rotating portion of the opening/closing member on the rotation axis and to apply a load to rotation of the rotating portion. One of the cam member and the rotating portion includes: at least one first-cam-projection provided on first circumference having the rotation axis as center; and at least one second-cam-projection provided on second circumference having the rotation axis as center, with the second circumference being larger in radius than the first circumference. The other member includes sliding face over which the first and second cam projections slide. The present invention is an electronic device including a first housing, a second housing, and an opening and closing device for opening and closing the second housing with respect to the first housing between a closed position and an opened position, wherein the opening and closing device includes a stand that is disposed in the first housing; a base plate that is pivotably borne by the stand; a movable plate that is disposed in the second housing and that is movably disposed in the base plate, wherein the movable plate is configured to move between a first position where the movable plate overlaps with the base plate and a second position where the movable plate protrudes from the base plate; a bias unit configured to bias the movable plate to the base plate in the protruding direction; a movement restriction system that is formed of a first member and a second member, wherein during a state in which the base plate is at the closed position, the movement restriction system is configured to restrict, by locking between the first member and the second member, movement of the base plate with respect to the stand and movement of the movable plate with respect to the base plate; and a movement bias system configured to bias, during movement of the base plate from the opened position to the closed position, the movable plate to move from the second position toward the first position in accordance with the movement, wherein the first member is integrally formed with one of the first housing and the second housing.

An opening and closing device includes a base plate; a first plate that is pivotably attached to the base plate; a first shaft that is provided in the first plate; a second plate that is pivotably and slidably attached to the first plate; a second shaft that is provided in the second plate; a third plate that is pivotably attached to the second plate; a detachable system for locking the third plate and the first plate when the first plate, the second plate, and the third plate are superposed; a bias system for biasing the second plate to the first plate; and a restriction system for allowing the second plate to slide along the first shaft when the second plate is superposed to the first plate, and for restricting the second plate from sliding when the second plate is rotated relative to the first plate.

An opening and closing device includes a base plate rotatably supported by a stand to rotate between closed and open positions, a sliding plate slidably provided on the base plate to slide between first and second positions, an urging part to urge the sliding plate toward the second position, where the sliding plate projects from the base plate, a movement restriction mechanism including first and second members provided on one and the other, respectively, of the stand and the sliding plate, and configured to restrict the movements of the base plate and the sliding plate by the engagement of the first and second members when the base plate is at the closed position, and a moving and urging mechanism to move and urge the sliding plate toward the first position from the second position with the movement of the base plate from the open position to the closed position.

A spring unit including a resin spring that is made of a resin, has a structure having a single beam, and has a resin spring curved part between a pair of resin spring end parts; and a metallic spring that is made of a metallic wire and has a metallic spring curved part between a pair of metallic spring end parts, wherein each of the metallic spring end parts is attached to each of the resin spring end parts, wherein, in a state where each of the metallic spring end parts is attached to each of the resin spring end parts, the resin spring and the metallic spring are positioned on a same plane and are mutually separated at parts other than the resin spring end parts and the metallic spring end parts.

Spring unit and slide mechanism

A spring unit includes a composite spring and a metal wire. The composite spring is formed of resin, has a single beam structure, and includes a curved part between its end parts. The metal spring is formed of a metal wire, and includes a curved part between its end parts. The end parts of the composite spring are fixed to the corresponding end parts of the metal spring, so that the composite spring and the metal spring are fixed to be positioned in the same plane. The composite spring and the metal spring engage with each other in an engagement part formed in at least one position between the curved parts and the end parts. The composite spring and the metal spring are separated in a part other than the end parts and the engagement part.

The present invention relates to a spring unit whose spring constant can be easily changed. The spring unit includes a plurality of wire springs each including a bent part formed in the middle of wire by bending, extending parts extending from the bent part, and end parts formed at ends of the extending parts. The wire springs are arranged side by side, and a deformed part protruding in a direction of arrangement of the wire springs is formed in one or more of the extending parts.

Spring unit and sliding mechanism

The present invention relates to a slide unit for an electronic apparatus, including a base having a flat surface extending in front and rear directions and having a left end part and a right end part along the front and rear directions on both sides along a width direction perpendicular to top and bottom directions of the flat surface, a pair of left and right intermediate plates attached to the left end part and the right end part, respectively, to be slideable in the front and rear directions via a first slider mechanism, and a slide plate attached to the pair of left and right intermediate plates to be slideable in the front and rear directions via a second slider mechanism, wherein at least one of the first slider mechanism and the second slider mechanism includes a slide member extending in the front and rear directions, and a sliding member slideably supporting the slide member from both sides of the top and bottom directions and from both sides of the width direction.

Slide unit for electronic apparatus

The sliding apparatus includes a substrate fixed to a main body, a slide plate being fixed to a sub-body and being slidable between a closed position and an open position in an opening/closing direction, a hole formed in the slide plate, a sloped surface part being formed in the main body, and being engaged with the hole in the closed position, and including a sloped surface being sloped toward a rear direction in the opening/closing direction, a slide guiding part guiding the slide plate in a sliding direction, a restricting part restricting movement of a closing direction end of the slide plate in the front/rear direction during an initial stage of sliding the slide plate from the closed position to the open position, and a sloped part being formed in a closing direction end of the slide guiding part and being sloped in a rear direction.

Sliding apparatus

A slide unit mechanism includes a sliding plate including slide parts and rattle preventing mechanisms that engage the sliding plate to prevent the sliding plate from rattling. Each of the rattle preventing mechanisms includes a recess; an opening positioned on a moving path of the slide part; a locking torsion spring disposed in the recess, one end of which is attached to an engaging part protruding from the opening on the moving path of the slide part; and an engaging recess formed in the slide part and configured to engage the engaging part. When the sliding plate is slid to the open position or the closed position, the engaging part engages the engaging recess and is biased by elastic force of the locking torsion spring toward the engaging recess.

Slide unit mechanism

An opening/closing device includes a fixed plate, a moving plate movable relative to the fixed plate, a slide plate formed having a groove, a hinge including a first shaft connected to the fixed plate, a third shaft connected to the moving plate, and a second shaft between the first and third shafts, and moves the moving plate between closed and open positions relative to the fixed plate, a slide arm including a fourth shaft connected to the moving plate and a fifth shaft connected slidably along the groove, and moves the moving plate between the closed and open positions, a link arm having one end connected to the second shaft and the other to the fifth shaft. The fifth shaft slides inside the groove as the link arm moves along with the moving of the hinge when the moving plate is moved between the closed and open positions.

An opening/closing mechanism enabling a first housing and a second housing to open to a so-called fully flat state includes a fixed plate that is fixed to a first housing, a moving plate that is fixed to a second housing, an intermediate member that is slidably coupled to the fixed plate by way of a first slide mechanism, a slide member that is slidably coupled to the intermediate member by way of a second slide mechanism, and a raising/lowering mechanism that raises/lowers the moving plate relative to the slide member.
