A first member is formed with a hole having an inner wall formed with a recess at a first circumferential position. A second member is formed with an elastic retainer which is retractably projected from an outer peripheral face of the second member and engaged with the recess when the second member is fitted into the hole. A chamfered portion is formed on an aperture edge of the hole at the first circumferential position, so as to have a width allowing the retainer to pass therethrough when the second member is fitted into the hole.

Fixing structure

A core member includes a cylindrical body. An antenna element is disposed on an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical body. A first engagement member is provided on the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical body. A cap member includes a peripheral wall fitted over the core member so as to cover the antenna element. A second engagement member is provided on an inner peripheral face of the peripheral wall to engage with the first engagement member. A restraining member is brought into contact with an outer peripheral face of the peripheral wall of the cap member to prevent the peripheral wall being deformed outward. The restraining member is opposed to at least a position where the second engagement member is provided.

Antenna structure

An insulative member is formed with a hole. An antenna element is provided as a conductive foil adhered onto the insulative member and having a contact section opposing to the hole. A conductive member is fitted into the hole through the contact section of the antenna element, such that a part of the contact section is clamped between an outer face of the conductive member and an inner face of the hole.

A casing body is formed with a hole having an inner wall formed with a recess. A holder is made of resin and has an elastic retainer which is retractably projected from an outer peripheral face of the holder and engaged with the recess when the holder is fitted into the hole. A rod-shaped antenna element is held in the holder so as to movable between a first position being accommodated in the casing body and a second position being withdrawn from the casing body. The antenna element has a first power feeding portion and a second power feeding portion, the antenna element. A conductive contact member is disposed in the holder. A first portion of the contact member is brought into contact with the first power feeding portion when the antenna element is placed in the first position and with the second power feeding portion when the antenna element is placed in the second position. A second portion of the contact member is extended to the outside of the holder. A power feeding terminal is disposed in the casing body so as to come in contact with the second portion of the contact member.

Structure for mounting antenna

An antenna structure obtains a snap-in antenna having a short signal transmission path, it being possible to switch between an antenna of a case and an outside antenna with low transmission loss. When an antenna side attachment section is inserted into an antenna attachment hole, a plunger is elastically forced so as to protrude in a direction intersecting with the insertion direction of a spring connector provided on a circuit board and elastically contacts a conductive member which is electrically connected to an antenna base. A small through-hole is provided in the conductive member at the contact position; a second spring connector is provided on the antenna attachment section and has a second plunger, one end of the plunger passing through the through-hole and being elastically forced toward the other side so as to project thereto; a coaxial connector containing section is provided at the other end and a coaxial connector can be inserted therein. A coaxial connector insertion hole is provided in the case facing the coaxial connector containing section. When the coaxial connector is inserted, a central conductor thereof applies a pressing force to the plunger of the spring connector, thereby separating it from the conductive member.
