Provided is a method for operating an electronic component mounting system including component storages including a dry box. The method includes maintaining a material management table including a whereabouts information field for indicating whether an electronic component is stored in the dry box, a target indicator field for indicating whether an electronic component is a moisture management target component, and an exposure time field for indicating an exposure time during the moisture management target component has been in an atmospheric exposure state. The method also includes pausing counting the exposure time when the moisture management target component is stored in the dry box, identifying a moisture management target component of which the exposure time has met or exceeded an exposure limit time based on the whereabouts information table, and notifying the identified moisture management target component to an apparatus.

Electronic component mounting method

Provided is a method for operating an electronic component mounting system including component storages including a keeping rack, a dry box and a dryer. The method includes, after a reel of a moisture sensitive device is dispatched from a component keeping area and setup to a tape feeder is performed in an external setup area, measuring a exposure time for which the moisture sensitive device is in an atmospheric exposure state is in a reel unit, and comparing the exposure time with an exposure limit time set for the moisture sensitive device and stored in a storage. A production activity support system for supporting production activity in a component mounting system, comprises: a production information acquirer obtaining production information including a production plan of a production operation executed in the component mounting system and production performance information; a storage storing maintenance relevant information regarding execution history information indicating a history of the maintenance work executed on each of the maintenance targets; a maintenance work plan creation unit creating a work plan of the maintenance work executed on at the maintenance targets; and a display displaying a notification that the maintenance work indicated by the work plan created by the maintenance work plan creation unit is executed at the set maintenance execution date and time along with the production plan.

In a maintenance work support system for supporting maintenance works in a component mounting system, a storage stores: priority table information defining a maintenance priority for classifying a priority level at which execution of the maintenance work is necessary, based on an association of the recommended maintenance deadline with a use time or a use count of each of the maintenance targets; and execution history information indicating history of the maintenance work executed on each of the maintenance targets. A maintenance work plan creation unit creates a work plan of the maintenance work, based on the maintenance priority calculated by a priority calculator, changed with date and time, based on the execution history information and the priority table information.

A parts mounting system includes: a parts checking section that detects parts information which is identification information applied to the electronic parts and includes a parts code for specifying parts of the electronic parts and a parts maker code for specifying the parts maker and checks the detected parts information with parts information previously registered in a storing part; and a parts data generation section that, when the detected parts information is unregistered parts information in which the parts code is stored in the storing part and the parts maker code of the parts code is not stored in the storing part, generates parts data of the electronic parts relating to the unregistered parts information based on previously registered parts data having the same parts code.

Component replenishment support method and component replenishment support system in component mounting line

An electronic component mounting system includes: mounting line management apparatuses disposed in each of mounting lines and an integrated management apparatus connected to the mounting line management apparatuses. The integrated management apparatus includes a first collation unit which performs collation of an electronic component based on identification information for identifying the electronic component. The mounting line management apparatus includes a second collation unit which performs collation of the electronic component. When the identification information is read out by the identification information reading-out unit, the collation of the electronic component is performed by the first collation unit if the mounting line management apparatus can access the integrated management apparatus, and the collation of the electronic component is performed by the second collation unit if the mounting line management apparatus cannot access the integrated management apparatus.

Necessary unit data indicative of the type and number of equipment units used in component mounting operation is obtained on the basis of production plan data, mounting data, and component library for each of production lots in advance. Electronic component mounting system and equipment unit management method for electronic component mounting system

An electronic component mounting system stores: manufacturing plan data for each manufacturing lot; unit management data including use permission information indicating a use permission status of an equipment unit; and inventory data indicating a stock status of the equipment units. In a unit reservation processing, new allocation processing is performed for allocating an equipment unit necessary for manufacture of a new manufacturing lot to an equipment unit for a new manufacturing lot, and an allocation result is registered. A component mounting condition determination method is used in a component mounter of mounting components onto a board using a mounting head having plural suction nozzles, and includes: a maximum suction component number determination step (Loop A, Sto S) of determining the maximum number of components to be suctioned by the mounting head so as to be greater than an upper limit of a suction power within which the suction nozzles do not drop components even when the mounting head moves at a predetermined speed; and a task determination step (Sto S) of determining a task which is a group of components to be mounted in one iteration of a series of operations that includes suctioning, transporting, and mounting components by the mounting head, based on the determined maximum number of components.
