The present disclosure provides a connector capable of simplifying the configuration thereof and enhancing the versatility of terminals to be connected. One end of a busbar includes a first connecting portion to be connected to a device-side terminal, and the other end of the busbar includes a second connecting portion to be connected to a wire-side terminal. Each housing is molded using each busbar as an insert and held in close contact with a peripheral surface of each busbar. The respective first connecting portions and the respective second connecting portions are exposed outside the respective housings. The respective first connecting portions are located on a straight line A1 along an extending direction Y, and the respective second connecting portions are located on a straight line A2 along an orthogonal direction Z.

Connector

A connector includes a first terminal formed with a penetrating first fastening hole, a first housing for holding the first terminal, a second terminal connectable to an external terminal and formed with a penetrating second fastening hole, a second housing including an insulating cover portion for covering the second terminal with a part of the second terminal on the side of the first terminal exposed, the second housing holding the second terminal, a conductive relay portion disposed in a part of the second housing where the second terminal is exposed, the relay portion electrically connecting the first terminal and the second terminal, and a fastening member for fastening the first terminal, the second terminal and the relay portion with the relay portion sandwiched between the first terminal and the second terminal.

A wiring harnessincludes a wire, a binding bandto be wound on and fixed to the wireand a housingto be externally mounted on the wire. The housingincludes a restricting groovefor receiving the binding band. A displacement of the wirewith respect to the housingis restricted by the binding bandbeing locked to a groove side surfaceA of the restricting groove. According to this configuration, manufacturing tolerances and assembling tolerances can be absorbed by setting certain clearances between the binding bandand the groove side surfacesA. Further, even if a tensile force is applied to the wire, the deviation of a winding position of the binding bandon the wirecan be suppressed.

Terminal block

A terminal block is provided with a conductive member including a relay portion extending in an extending direction from a device side and a connecting portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction and to be electrically connected to a mating conductive member, and a housing for integrally holding the conductive member. The housing includes a resin portion for molding the relay portion and a peripheral wall surrounding the resin portion. A sealing member is externally fit on the resin portion and the peripheral wall covers the sealing member from outside of the resin portion. A mating housing integrated with the mating conductive member is fit to the resin portion.

A connector () includes a first connector () and a second connector () to be connected to each other. The first connector () includes first terminals () and a first housing () configured to accommodate the first terminals (). The second connector () includes second terminals () and a second housing () configured to accommodate the second terminals () and having a receptacle () to be fit to the first housing (). A concave portion () is provided on a side of the first housing () to be fit to the second housing (). The second housing () is provided with a pry preventing protrusion () projecting forwardly of the receptacle () and configured to suppress a positional deviation of the second housing () with respect to the first housing () by entering the concave portion () during a connecting operation.

In a vehicle-mounting structure disclosed by the present specification, a housing () of an electric power controller () is supported above an in-vehicle transaxle via a bracket having an insulative vibration-proof material. The housing () and the transaxle are connected to each other by power cables (). A braided wire () for grounding is routed along the power cables (). A connector () of the power cables () has a resin flange () on a surface thereof that is joined to the housing (). The connector () is fixed to the housing () by bolts (and) that penetrate the flange (). An end fitting () of the braided wire () is attached to the flange (). The end fitting () and the bolt () are electrically connected to each other by a conductive plate ().

Vehicle-mounting structure for electronic apparatus

A shield connector includes a first housing and a second housing, a first shield shell configured to cover the first housing, and a second shield shell configured to cover the second housing. The first shield shell includes a first connecting portion and the second shield shell includes a second connecting portion. An electrically conductive fastening member electrically connects the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to each other. The first housing includes a first fixing portion, and the second housing includes a second fixing portion. The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are held together by the fastening member in a state in which the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are interposed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
