A console box includes a box body, storage, a side table, a shaft, a shaft support arranged above the storage, and a rotation stopper. The storage is located in a side portion of the box body with respect to a widthwise direction of a vehicle seat. The side table is vertically movable between a storage position and an intermediate position. The shaft is located at a lower end of the side table when in the upright state. The shaft support rotatably supports the shaft so that the side table rotates about the shaft away from the box body in the widthwise direction from the intermediate position to a usage position. The rotation stopper restricts rotation of the side table beyond the usage position.

A lid attached storage device includes: a box body having an opening; left and right lid bodies configured to cover left and right sides of the opening; and left and right opening and closing mechanisms configured to respectively cause the left and right lid bodies to be slidable in the front and rear direction and rotatable in the up and down direction with respect to the box body, each of the left and right opening and closing mechanisms including: a base member; a rotational support portion configured to support the base member so as to be rotatable in the up and down direction about a left or right side of the box body with respect to the box body; and a slide portion configured to slide the lid body in the front and rear direction with respect to the base member.

A storage box includes a storage unit for storing an article, a lid unit slidably attached to the storage unit and adapted to open and close an opening portion of the storage unit, a light source unit attached to the storage unit, a first light guide body attached to the inside of the storage unit, a second light guide body attached to the inside of the lid unit, and a light emitting portion disposed on an upper surface of a front end of the lid unit, the light emitting portion defining a handle portion of the lid unit, and has a rectangular shape longer in a width direction of the lid unit.

A cup holder includes one or two supporting members that support a container inserted into a receiving portion of a holder main body, and is arranged in a circumferential direction of the holder main body. A container having the protrusion and recess pattern on a side surface can smoothly be taken out from the receiving portion with a low risk of the supporting members interfering with other members around the holder main body.

A roller shutter type storage container includes a container body, a roller shutter accommodating portion, a pair of guide grooves, and a roller shutter. Each of the guide grooves extends linearly in an opening of the container body and is curved in the roller shutter accommodating portion. The roller shutter is configured by connecting a plurality of slats each having shafts formed in the widthwise direction at two ends of the slat in a bendable manner. As the two shafts slide in the corresponding guide grooves, the roller shutter slides between an open position and a close position. Each one of the shafts is spaced from a vertical wall surface of the corresponding one of the guide grooves. A projection formed of soft material projects outward from each shaft of each slat in the widthwise direction and contacts the corresponding vertical wall surface in an elastically deformed state.

A roller shutter storage container includes a container body, a roller shutter accommodating portion, a pair of guide grooves, and a roller shutter. Each of the guide grooves extends linearly in an opening formed in the container body and is curved in the roller shutter accommodating portion. The roller shutter is configured by connecting a plurality of slats each having shafts formed at two ends of the slat with respect to the widthwise direction in a bendable manner. As the two shafts of each of the slats slide in the corresponding guide grooves, the roller shutter slides between an open position for opening the opening and a close position for closing the opening. Each one of the shafts is spaced from a vertical wall surface of the corresponding one of the guide grooves. A projection formed of soft material projects outward from each shaft of each slat in the widthwise direction and contacts the corresponding vertical wall surface in an elastically deformed state.

Roller shutter storage container

A console box placed in a vehicle passenger compartment includes a console body for storing articles, a lid located on a top surface of the body, and a storage portion formed on a back surface of the lid for storing a small item. The storage portion is opened in response to opening of the lid, and is closed in response to closing of the lid. The lid has one end attached to the body through support shafts such that the lid pivots between open and closed positions. The storage portion has one end attached to the lid through support shafts such that the storage portion pivots between open and closed positions. The lid has a free end opposite the one end thereof and the storage portion has a free end opposite the one end thereof. The free ends face in the same direction.
