An engine cooling device includes: a flow path switching unit provided between an engine and an EGR cooler and the radiator and between the engine and the EGR cooler and a pump. The flow path switching unit includes a first valve that allows a cooling water to flow through a first bypass flow path extending toward the pump when a temperature of the cooling water is lower than a first temperature and that allows the cooling water to flow through a radiator connection flow path, a second valve that allows the cooling water to flow through the first bypass flow path when the temperature of the cooling water is less than a second temperature that is higher than the first temperature, and allows the cooling water to flow through the radiator connection flow path when the temperature of the cooling water is equal to or higher than the second temperature.

Engine cooling device and engine system

The exhaust gas post-processing device includes: an exhaust gas post-processing unit into which an exhaust gas is introduced; a drain pipe connected to a lower portion of the exhaust gas post-processing unit; and a junction member. The junction member includes an introduction flow path, one end of which is an introduction port connected to the drain pipe, the introduction flow path extending in a horizontal direction from the introduction port, and the other end of the introduction flow path being an introduction-side gas vent hole opened to an outside. A discharge flow path is connected to a lower portion of the introduction flow path, that extends, in the horizontal direction, in a direction intersecting the introduction flow path, and an end portion of the discharge flow path being a discharge port opened to the outside. The exhaust gas post-processing device further includes a drainage pipe connected to the discharge port.

Exhaust gas post-processing device and engine

An EGR apparatus configured to circulate exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust manifold of an engine to an intake manifold of the engine includes: an EGR cooler disposed at a downstream side of the exhaust manifold and configured to cool the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust manifold; a pair of EGR valves disposed at an upstream side from the intake manifold and configured to adjust an amount of the exhaust gas to be supplied to the intake manifold; and an exhaust gas connector that establishes communication between the EGR cooler and the exhaust manifold, in which the exhaust gas connector includes a cooling water path to which cooling water for cooling the exhaust gas flowing inside the exhaust gas connector is supplied.

EGR apparatus and dump truck including the same

Provided is an engine cooling device in which a flow passage switching part, which is provided between an outlet (EFb) of a cooling flow passage (EF) and a radiator and between the outlet (EFb) of the cooling flow passage (EF) and a pump, has valves that perform switching to a radiator connection flow passage or a bypass flow passage according to a temperature of a coolant (W), and a sleeve that is connected in parallel to the valves and is configured to circulate the coolant (W) to both the bypass flow passage and the radiator connection flow passage.

A rotation control system of a hoist pump includes: the hoist pump (); an engine () for driving the hoist pump (); a working equipment driven by a hydraulic cylinder that is extendable by hydraulic oil delivered through the hoist pump (); a hydraulic oil tank that stores the hydraulic oil supplied to the hoist pump () and receives the hydraulic oil returned from the hydraulic cylinder; and a controller () that controls a rotation speed of the hoist pump () to be an allowable rotation speed that is set in advance for preventing cavitation while the hydraulic cylinder is operated.

Rotation control system for working-machine pump

In a crushing system, an interlocked operation of operation units including a grizzly feeder, a crusher and a delivery conveyor and so on is stopped by depressing an interlock OFF switch (). For this, after stopping the grizzly feeder, a stop command section (B) outputs a stop command to the crusher and the delivery conveyor only when a load detector () once detects the load on the delivery conveyor and a determining section (A) determines that the load is cleared out and there is no remaining crushed material. Thus, if compared with conventional crushing systems adapted to stop the operation units only after the elapse of a predetermined time period, the crushing system can reliably prevent the crushed material from remaining on the delivery conveyor so that it is no longer necessary to worry about a situation where the crushed material remaining on the delivery conveyor has to be removed.

Crushing system

A soil modifying apparatus capable of making accurate production management and controlling a mixture ratio with excellent precision is provided. For this purpose, the apparatus includes target processing amount setting means () for a raw soil material, actual raw soil material amount detecting means (), actual raw soil material amount calculating means (), raw soil material feeder speed detecting means (), predicted raw soil material amount calculating means () for calculating a predicted supply amount per hour of the raw soil material, first comparing means () for comparing the actual processing amount per hour of the raw soil material, and the predicted supply amount, and raw soil material feeder speed correcting means () for correcting a target value of the raw soil material feeder speed based on a comparison result of the first comparing means to control the speed of the raw soil material feeder ().

Soil modifying apparatus

A rotational speed controller for mixing equipment of a soil modifying machine, by which optional quality of modified soil can be obtained, is provided. To this end, the rotational speed controller includes a mixer ( ) rotating to mix soil to be modified, drive means ( ) for rotationally driving the mixer, speed control means ( ) for controlling rotational speed of the drive means based on an inputted rotational speed command value (S , S ), working mode setting means ( ) for outputting a working mode signal (H, M, L, S) for setting a kind of soil to be modified, and a controller ( ) for outputting the rotational speed command value corresponding to the working mode signal to the speed control means.

Rotational speed controller for mixing equipment of soil modifying machine and engine speed controller for soil modifying machine

A soil modifying machine comprises a machine body, a hopper through which a soil to be modified is fed to the machine body, a soil conveying means for conveying the soil supplied through the hopper, a soil conditioner supply device for supplying a soil conditioner to the soil, a mixing unit disposed at a discharge portion of the soil conveying means, the mixing unit comprising an outer case, a soil cutter device disposed inside the case and a plurality of impact hammers disposed below the soil cutter device, and a modified soil conveyer disposed at a discharge portion of said mixer unit. The soil cutter device may comprise a cylindrical drum, a plurality of cutters mounted to an outer peripheral surface of the drum, and a motor for driving and rotating the drum. Each of the impact hammers may comprise a rotational shaft, a plurality of hammer pieces, each in shape of plate, mounted to the rotational shaft and a motor for driving and rotating the impact hammer. A rear side mixer may be further disposed downstream the modified soil discharge portion.
