An insert bus bar plate includes a plate-shaped resin material and a plurality of metal bus bars that are embedded within the resin material by insert molding and have a terminal part exposed to a mounting surface that is one of principal faces of the resin material. The bus bars are formed, before the insert molding, as a bus bar assembly before molding the one ends different from the terminal part of which are coupled to each other by a carrier to be cut after the insert molding. The insert bus bar plate (a substrate main body) is formed by the insert molding performed by oppositely arranging two bus bar assemblies before molding of the same shape so that two terminal parts are positioned in between two carriers.

An electric junction box to prevent fluid such as water infiltrating inside the covers from adhering to a printed wiring board even if the upper cover and lower cover are stacked to each other in an orthogonal direction, comprises a metal board, the surface being arranged in a horizontal direction, and a main body accommodating the metal board. The main body includes an upper cover and a lower cover to be stacked to each other in a direction orthogonal to a surface of the metal board. On a side wall of the lower cover a locking projection is disposed. On a side wall of the upper cover a locking step is disposed with which the locking projection is locked. The upper cover includes an inner wall disposed inside the side wall of the lower cover, the lower end being disposed below the metal board.

An electric junction box has the box main body including two covers attached to each other and an electric power distribution unit. The box main body has two covers attached to each other. Furthermore, the box main body has a thin portion arranged in the inner wall of the upper cove, and a tapered portion projecting from a bottom surface of the thin portion toward the peripheral wall of the lower cover, and gradually tapering toward the peripheral wall of the lower cover.
