Provided is an ophthalmologic apparatus which is capable of performing offset adjustment of an alignment position while performing transillumination observation by automatic alignment. The ophthalmologic apparatus includes an automatic alignment unit for automatically performing alignment between a measuring portion and an eye to be inspected, and an alignment position changing unit capable of moving an optical axis center position of the measuring portion to an arbitrary position in the transillumination observation.

Ophthalmologic photographing apparatus and photographing method therefor

A fundus camera includes an illumination optical system that projects a ring-shaped illumination light on a pupil of a subject's eye, an imaging optical system that forms a fundus image of the illumination light on an imaging plane, and an index projection unit that projects an operation distance index on a cornea of the subject's eye. An imaging unit captures a reflection image from the fundus and a reflection image of the operation distance index, a driving unit moves the operation distance index in an optical axis direction, an index shape recognition unit recognizes an index shape projected on the cornea according to a movement of a light emitting surface of the index projection unit by the driving unit, and a detection unit detects operation distances of the illumination optical system and the imaging optical system with respect to the subject's eye.

An ophthalmologic apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention determines the photography light amount suitable for picking up still images of a fundus and the amplification factor of an image pickup device by obtaining the change in brightness in the fundus.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

A fundus camera for performing fluorescent image pickup is provided. A timer is started when a fluorescent agent is infused into a body, and a mode of an amplifying ratio control part is set to AGC. AGC is then checked, and fluorescent illuminance curves of respective eyes to be examined are calculated, if the AGC is operating. A fluorescent illuminance value at a fundus is calculated from a gain value on the AGC and a corresponding time which are stored in an amplifying ratio memory, thereby determining a proper exposure value. When the AGC is not operating, the fluorescent illuminance value is calculated from the calculated illuminance curves of the respective eyes to be examined and an output of a timer, thereby determining a proper exposure value. When an image pickup switch is depressed while observing an image, input from the image pickup switch is detected.
