Provided is a wireless relay device that determines whether or not the wireless relay device has to withdraw from a first wireless multi-hop network to which the wireless relay device itself belong, transmits, in a wireless multi-hop, a request for a connection that uses wireless communication in compliance with a first communication scheme between the wireless relay device and at least one wireless base station, to a wireless base station on the first wireless multi-hop network, according to a result of the determination that the wireless relay device withdraws from the first wireless multi-hop network, and allocates the wireless communication in compliance with the first communication scheme between the wireless relay device and the at least one wireless base station according to a control signal that is transmitted from the wireless base station on the first wireless multi-hop network.

Provided is a remote-type autonomous traveling system in which a mobile body apparatus that has at least one camera and a remote operation terminal are communicatively connected. The mobile body apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires environmental information, a determination unit that determines whether or not a critical state is attained, based on the environmental information, and a communication unit that transmits data of an image that is captured by at least the camera to the remote operation terminal through a first wireless base station that is capable of providing a macro-cell, by performing communication in compliance with a first communication scheme, according to a result of the determination by the determination unit that the mobile body apparatus is in the critical state. The remote operation terminal transmits a control signal for remotely causing the mobile body apparatus to travel autonomously, through the first wireless base station, according to the data of the image that is captured by the camera, which is transmitted from the movable body apparatus.

Remote automatic travel system, wireless communication method, and moving body device

A wireless terminal capable of communicating with multiple wireless base stations through a network in which multiple wireless communication methods are used in a mixed manner. A storage unit stores, as a communication history, at least location information for the wireless terminal and information pertaining to the wireless base station at the time of communication with each wireless base station. An acquisition unit acquires the location information for the wireless terminal. On the basis of the acquired location information for the wireless terminal and the communication history stored in the storage unit a derivation unit derives a connection base station from the multiple wireless base stations, as the wireless base station to be used in data communication. A communication unit performs data communication with the derived connection base station.

Wireless terminal and wireless base station allocation method

A programmable logic circuit () includes a processor element () having: a logic cell () which can modify the function according to first setting information and generates data by performing a predetermined logic calculation on an input signal; a cross connect switch () for generating data by performing alignment, copying, and inversion of the data from the logic calculation means according to second setting information; and a memory control unit () which reads out the first or the second setting information from a memory device () according to branch setting information and supplies it to the logic calculation means and the data processing means for performing control. A communication control method accomplishes minimum bandwidth guarantee and maximum bandwidth restriction and further allocates an extra-bandwidth in accordance with user's contact bandwidth. Fixed-length packets are once stored in corresponding partitions of a buffer in accordance with connection information contained in the packets and then transmits the packets from the storage sections in succession. Retrieval of a connection where the number of transmitted packets does not reach a lower-limit throughput and a packet to be transmitted exists in the corresponding partition is made with first priority, and retrieval is further made in order for a connection where the number of transmitted packets does not reach an intermediate throughput and a connection where the number of transmitted packets does not reach an upper-limit throughput. If the retrieval shows a hit connection, the packets are transmitted from the corresponding partition and one-time retrieval comes to an end.

The low-level potential generation section has: a ground potential generation part having a ground potential generation semiconductor element for generating as the low-level potential a first potential substantially equal to a ground potential; a threshold potential generation part having a threshold potential generation semiconductor element for generating as the low-level potential a second potential substantially equal to a threshold potential, and operating when a potential exceeding the threshold potential is applied; and a ground potential control part for controlling operation of the ground potential generation semiconductor element.

Semiconductor memory device

A semiconductor device according to the present invention includes: a semiconductor chip; and memory and logic sections formed on the semiconductor chip. The memory section includes: an array of memory cells; a sense amplifier circuit; and memory interconnects respectively provided in a number n (where n is a positive integer) of interconnect layers. The logic section includes logic circuits having logic interconnects respectively provided in a number n+m (where m is a positive integer) of interconnect layers. A metal layer is formed in one of (n+1)th to (n+m)th interconnect layers, covers the array of memory cells and supplies a predetermined potential to the memory section.
