Provided is a liquid ejection head including plural liquid chambers arranged in rows, each liquid chamber being provided with an orifice configured to eject liquid filling the liquid chamber and an ejection energy generating element, wherein the liquid ejection head includes: a liquid supply path that extends in a direction that the plural liquid chambers are arranged and individually communicates with the plural liquid chambers; a direction change flow path that communicates with the liquid supply path and extends in a direction transverse to the liquid supply path; and a common supply flow path that communicates with the direction change flow path and extends in a direction transverse to the direction change flow path, such that the direction change flow path includes a body portion and at least one grooved flow path, which is narrower than the body portion.

Liquid ejection head

A liquid ejecting head includes, on an element substrate, an ejection orifice line formed of a plurality of ejection orifices, a plurality of pressure chambers that communicates with the ejection orifices, respectively, a first flow passage and a second flow passage that extend along the ejection orifice line and communicate with the plurality of pressure chambers, respectively, and a plurality of first openings that communicates with the first flow passage and a plurality of second openings that communicates with the second flow passage. The number of the first openings and the number of the second openings are equal to each other and even numbers. Out of the plurality of first openings and the plurality of second openings, openings positioned at both ends in an ejection orifice line direction are either the first openings or the second openings.

Liquid ejecting head and liquid ejecting apparatus

A liquid ejection head includes an ejection orifice for ejecting a liquid; a flow path in which an energy generating element is disposed, generates an energy to be used for ejecting the liquid; a liquid inside the flow path; an ejection orifice part that allows the ejection orifice and the flow path to communicate with each other; a supply flow path for supplying the liquid from the outside; and a recovery flow path for recovering the liquid to the outside. The moisture content of the liquid is 65 wt % or less. The liquid inside the flow path is circulated between the inside and the outside of the flow path.

Liquid ejection head and liquid ejection apparatus

A liquid ejection head includes a nozzle including an ejection port for ejecting a liquid for performing recording on a recording medium, and a pressure chamber in which an energy generating element that generates energy used for ejecting the liquid from the ejection port is disposed; and a heating unit that heats the liquid. In the liquid ejection head, the liquid in the pressure chamber is circulated to and from the outside of the pressure chamber, and an average number of preliminary ejections per nozzle during an operation period in which the recording is performed is equal to or greater than 0 and equal to or less than 20.

A liquid discharge head includes a discharge port; a flow passage; a discharge port part; a supply flow passage; and a recovery flow passage. The flow passage, the supply flow passage, and the recovery flow passage are configured such that the liquid inside the flow passage is capable of being circulated between the inside of the flow passage and the outside of the flow passage. An opening of the discharge port is configured such that a liquid surface of the liquid within the opening of the discharge port has a first region and that a second region, and a viscosity of the liquid in the first region is 1.2 or more times higher than a viscosity of the liquid in the second region.

A liquid ejection head includes an element substrate including an energy-generating element that applies ejection energy to liquid, a first electric wiring board electrically connected to the element substrate, and a second electric wiring board on which an integrated circuit element is mounted and which is electrically connected to the first electric wiring board. An electric signal is supplied to the integrated circuit element mounted on the second electric wiring board through the first electric wiring board, processed by the integrated circuit element, and supplied to the energy-generating element through the second electric wiring board and the first electric wiring board.

In the liquid ejecting head, the wiring member is a strip-shaped member, and a portion of the wiring member provided on a surface of the support member that supports the wiring member is covered by the sealing material and the cover member.

Liquid ejecting head

A page-wide liquid ejection head configured to be removably installed in a main body of a liquid ejection apparatus includes a connection part for liquid through which a liquid is supplied from the main body and an electrical connector through which an electric signal is supplied from the main body. In the liquid ejection head, the connection part for liquid and the electrical connector are located at one side of the liquid ejection head in the longitudinal direction and are provided to face different directions from each other.

Liquid ejection head, liquid ejection apparatus, and method of attaching liquid ejection head

A page-wide type liquid ejection head includes a plurality of recording element substrates, each having an ejection port array including a plurality of ejection ports, each ejection port communicating with a pressure chamber including therein a recording element, and a liquid supply path for supplying a liquid to the pressure chamber. The liquid ejection head also includes a flow path member mounting the recording element substrates arranged thereon. The flow path member includes common supply flow paths and individual supply flow paths that connect the liquid supply path to the common supply flow paths, and the individual supply flow paths include portions running obliquely to the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the liquid ejection head.

There is provided a liquid ejecting device including a damper device which can sufficiently absorb dynamic pressure of a liquid while miniaturization of a device body is achieved and which can be easily manufactured. For that purpose, a part of an ink storage unit in the damper device is formed by a flexible member having a convex shape.

Liquid ejecting device

A liquid discharging head includes a support member and plural print element substrates through which a liquid is discharged. The print element substrates are disposed on the support member and provided with the liquid through a liquid supply channel formed in the support member. The sectional area of the liquid supply channel at a position corresponding to each of the print element substrates is determined in accordance with an order in which the print element substrates are provided with the liquid.

A liquid ejection head includes a first recording element substrate, a second recording element substrate, and an electric wiring substrate. Liquid discharge head

A liquid discharge recording head includes: a recording element substrate, an electric wiring board, and a supporting plate that supports the recording element substrate and the electric wiring board, with a gap formed between the recording element substrate and the electric wiring board, and a connecting member that electrically connects, across the gap, an electrode provided in the recording element substrate and an electrode terminal provided in the electric wiring board. A first resin agent that is filled in the gap, a second resin agent seals the electrode, the electrode terminal, and the connecting member, and a third resin agent that is provided between the first resin agent and the supporting plate and has a lower modulus of elasticity than the first resin agent and the second resin agent.
