A cleaning tool has a rotating section including: the pressing section including a rotation-control protrusion; a first coupling section; and a second coupling section. The second coupling section includes a plurality of rotation-control recessions that include: a base section that receives a sliding section; and a rotation-control wall section that fixes the arm angle by mating with a side surface section. The second coupling section also includes release-direction inclined sections whereby, in the housed state, the rotation-control protrusion can be moved from a first rotation-control recession to a second rotation-control recession, by the second coupling section sliding the sliding section to the first rotation-control wall section mated with the rotation-control protrusion, without pressing the pressing section.

Cleaning tool

A pant-type wearing article configured so as to facilitate fastener members attached to inelastic regions defined in lateral zones of the wearing article to be handled. The pant-type wearing article includes front fastener members attached to transversely opposite lateral zones of a front waist region that are detachably engaged with rear fastener members attached to transversely opposite lateral zones of a rear waist region so as to form a pant-shaped wearing article. In the lateral zones, elastic members extending under tension in a circumferential direction across the waist regions are cut at a plurality of locations so as to form first front inelastic regions and first rear inelastic regions. The front fastener members and the rear fastener members are respectively attached to the first front inelastic regions and the first rear inelastic regions, respectively.

Pant-type wearing article and method for making the same

A wearing article adapted to be folded up as compactly as possible in a sanitary manner utilizing the component of the wearing article itself. The wearing article having front and rear waist regions that include a first pair of lateral zones opposed to each other in a transverse direction X and extending in a longitudinal direction Y and a second pair of lateral zones opposed to each other in the transverse direction X and extending in the longitudinal direction Y, respectively. An inner sheet is provided in the respective first lateral zones with mount members defining first engagement regions and hook elements of mechanical fastener are attached to a chassis via these mount members. The respective second lateral zones of the inner sheet define second engagement regions and provided with loop elements attached thereto. The front and rear waist regions are provided with waist elastic members attached thereto under tension so as to extend in the transverse direction X. The mount members are formed by fibrous sheet adapted to be engaged with the hook members and thereby define third engagement regions.

Wearing article and method of folding up the same

A pant-type wearing article configured so that fasteners used to connect front and rear waist regions with each other can be engaged with and disengaged from each other in a repetitive manner. Of the front and rear waist regions, at least one waist region, for example, the front waist region is formed in its transversely opposite lateral zones with inelastic regions being neither elastically stretchable nor elastically contractible in a waistline direction. These inelastic regions are provided with first fastener members selected from the first fastener members and second fastener members. The front waist region is further formed inside the respective inelastic regions as viewed in the waistline direction with a plurality of film-like joints defined by integrated sheet members forming the lateral zones.

A wearing article configured so that loop elements engaged with associated hook elements will not ride up or curl up in the course of the production process. Mount members are attached to an inner sheet in a front waist region so as to extend along first lateral zones of the front waist region and hook elements are attached to a chassis by the intermediary of these mount members. Loop elements are attached to the inner sheet in a rear waist region so as to extend along second lateral zones of the rear waist region. Third regions of the respective mount members are formed with sticking zones operatively associated with outer lateral edges of the respective loop elements. The sticking zones formed on the respective mount members are temporarily joined to the loop elements as the hook elements are engaged with the associated loop elements.

Method of making wearing article

A pant-type wearing article configured so as to prevent a lateral zone of a front waist region and an associated lateral zone of a rear waist region which should remain fastened together from being needlessly disengaged from each other. In the pant-type wearing article an outer surface of a base sheet strip constituting a front fastener component is bonded to a fixed region defined on an inner surface of a front lateral zone. The front lateral zone includes a free region to which the base sheet strip is not bonded. The free region normally takes a posture folded back in a waistline direction so that an outer surface of the front lateral zone lies inside.

Pants-type wearing article

A wearing article configured so that hook elements of a mechanical fastener can be firmly attached to a chassis and the hook elements can be held in engagement with loop elements of a mechanical fastener tightly without correspondingly increasing a manufacturing cost. The wearing article has front and rear waist regions that respectively include a first pair of lateral zones and a second pair of lateral zones, these lateral zones in each pair are opposed to each other in a transverse direction X and extending in a longitudinal direction Y. An inner sheet is provided in the first lateral zones with mount members attached thereto and hook elements are attached to the diaper via the mount members. In the second lateral zones, the inner sheet is provided with loop elements attached thereto. First and second arrays of the hook elements include deformed regions created over the entire areas thereof by pressure-treatment.

Wearing article and method of making the same

A pants-type wearing article includes front and rear waist regions connected to each other by a fastener member in a detachable and refastenable manner. Each of the fastener member includes a sheet-like supporting element adapted to be folded in a Z-shape or an inverted Z-shape as the front and rear waist regions are put flat together and a fastener element. The supporting element has a top section, a bottom section and an intermediate section connecting the top and bottom sections. Between opposed surfaces of the bottom section and the intermediate section, a sheet-like liner section is provided so as to extend from a bottom section's openable end of the bottom section along these opposed surfaces toward a top section's joint end.

A diaper for adults includes a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region extending therebetween, wherein side edge portions of the front and rear waist regions are detachably connected to each other so as to form a waist hole and a pair of leg holes, the side edge portions have a dimension of at least 150 mm as measured in a longitudinal direction, and a position correcting system to correct relative position of first and second fastening components when the first and second waist regions are connected to each other comprises at least one spacing zone defined between setting zones for tow or more fastening components into which the first fastening component is divided in the longitudinal direction.

Diaper for adults

A wearing article includes a chassis and a fastening system. The chassis includes front and rear waist regions each having a waist hole defining edge and a waist hole elastic zone. The fastening system includes a first fastening component attached along side edge portions of one of the front and rear waist regions and having first and second ends in a longitudinal direction and a second fastening component attached along side edge portions of the other of the front and rear waist regions and detachably engageable with the first fastening component and first and second ends in the longitudinal direction. The first end of said second fastening component is beyond the first end of the first fastening component and an edge of the second waist hole elastic zone to a side of the second waist hole defining edge, with the first and second fastening components normally engaged with each other.

Wearing article

A fastening system for a wearing article comprising a pair of hook carrying side edge portions with a hook component and a pair of loop carrying side edge portions with a loop component adapted to be detachably engaged with each other. Each of the hook carrying side edge portions comprises a first sheet section extending outward from each of the transversely opposite side edges of the wearing article, a second sheet section being contiguous to an outer side edge of the first sheet section so as to extend toward the transverse side edge, a joining area extending in parallel to and spaced from the outer side edge so as to join the first and second sheet section to each other, and a non-joining area surrounded by the joining area, the first and second sheet sections and the outer side edge, and the hook component has first and second edges extending in parallel to the outer side edge and is secured to the hook carrying side edge portion in such a manner that the first side edge lies in the joining area while the second side edge lies in the non-joining area.

Fastening system for wearing article

A pull-on disposable wearing article is formed in a crotch region with first and second pairs of folding guide lines extending from first and second waist lateral margins toward a transverse middle of the crotch region, respectively. The crotch region is divided into a first zone enclosed by the first waist lateral margin and the first folding guide lines, a second zone enclosed by the second waist lateral margin and the second folding guide lines and a third zone outside the first and second zones. Inside the side edges of the core, first and second elastic members are contractible attached to the article. The first and second elastic members extend across the first and second zones to the third zone. The first and second zones are pulled inward under contractile forces of the elastic members to form tucks which are convex inwardly of the leg-holes.

Pull-on disposable wearing article with tapered folding guide lines and tucking zones

A disposable wipe-out sheet that includes a plurality of long fibers bonded to a heat-sealable base sheet by sealing lines. The long fibers include groups continuously extending between each pair of the adjacent sealing lines to form bridge-like portions and groups severed in two sections between each pair of the adjacent sealing lines so as to fluff upward on the base sheet.

Disposable wipe-out sheet and process for making the same

A disposable diaper has an absorbent core. The core contains therein hydrophilic fibers of 30&#x2013;70 wt % and super-absorbent polymer particles of 70&#x2013;30 wt %. Of the super-absorbent particles, first super-absorbent polymer particles having a relatively long liquid-absorbing duration lying in a middle zone of the core as viewed in a transverse direction as well as in a thickness direction of the core to form a polymer phase and second super-absorbent polymer particles having a relatively short liquid-absorbing duration lying in the core above, below and laterally outside the polymer phase to form a mixture phase containing therein the hydrophilic fibers mixed therewith.

Disclosed is a cleaning article including fibers having at least a surfactant adhered thereto, wherein the surfactant is a mixture that contains from 45 to 76% by weight of a polyoxyethylene (POE) monoester of a fatty acid having from 5 to 15 carbon atoms, and the balance of the mixture is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a POE monoester of a saturated fatty acid having from 16 to 22 carbon atoms, a POE monoester of an unsaturated fatty acid having from 16 to 22 carbon atoms, a POE diester of an unsaturated fatty acid having from 16 to 22 carbon atoms, and a POE diester of a saturated fatty acid having from 12 to 15 carbon atoms.
