A heat cooking device comprises a casing, a heating chamber, and an exhaust duct having an outlet provided on a rear edge side of an upper surface of the casing such that exhaust air from an inside of the casing is blown out forward. An upper outer wall surface of a rear surface plate of the casing is covered by the exhaust duct to form an exhaust passage between the casing and the exhaust duct. A guidance part is provided inside the exhaust passage, and guides the water infiltrating into the exhaust passage through the outlet of the exhaust duct, downward inside the exhaust passage.

Heat cooking device

A heating cooker includes a heating chamber provided within a casing, a turntable placed at a bottom of the heating chamber, a turntable motor for driving the turntable to rotate, the turntable motor being placed below the heating chamber and below the casing, and a cooling fan for circulating air, taken in from a front side of the casing, through a space between a lower face of the casing and a bottom face of the built-in storage unit to supply the air into the casing, in a state that the casing is mounted within the built-in storage unit. Thus, a heating cooker capable of effectively cooling the turntable motor at a low cost with a simple configuration.

Heating cooker

A door is pivotably coupled to a lower portion or an upper portion on the front side of a box so as to be opened vertically to an opening. A gap having a predetermined space is present at the lower portion or at the upper portion between the box and the door with the door closed. The box has an aperture section on the side for introducing outside air blown by an air blower mechanism into a heating chamber. The aperture section is positioned adjacent to the gap on a side surface of the heating chamber. The outside air introduced into the heating chamber through the aperture section moves so as to traverse the opening to block vapor produced from an object being cooked by heating with a heating device from leaking through the gap to the outside of the heating chamber.

Cooking device

A heating cooking appliance includes a heating chamber for items to be cooked, a circulation duct connecting an inlet port and an outlet port both of which open into the heating chamber, an air blower located in the circulation duct, and a heating device in the upper part of the heating chamber. Gas in the heating chamber is taken into the circulation duct from the inlet port by the blower. The gas temperature is raised by the heating device, and subsequently, the gas is blown into the heating chamber from the inlet port. The circulation duct is provided with first and second paths which branch off upstream of the heating device. The first and second paths guide gas to the area upstream and downstream of the heating device, respectively.
