A lock mechanism holds a moving member on a main body immovably in a locked state and allows movement in an unlocked state. The lock mechanism includes a circulating cam groove formed on the main body or the moving member, and a trace member having an angle bracket shape with one and the other trace parts to sway on the main body or moving member. The one trace part circulates along the circulating cam groove in each approaching and moving away operation of the moving member, and locks the moving member in a state having coupled with the coupling part. A wall surface is formed on the main body or moving member to be disposed in a different position from the circulating cam groove so that the other trace part of the trace member is operable to contact the wall surface only in the locked state of the moving member.

Lock mechanism and latch device

A cord end cover includes a female member having a hollow shape with two open ends, and a male member having a leg part to be inserted into the female member from one open end of the female member, and a head part to be fitted into the one open end of the female member for covering the one open end at a final position of the insertion. A spike-like projection is formed on a side of the leg part of the male member along a direction of the insertion. When the leg part is inserted into the female member in a state in which the spike-like projection bites an end of a cord inserted into the female member from the other open end of the female member and drawn out from the one open end, the end of the cord is held between the spike-like projection and an inner surface of the female member.

Cord end cover

A cord holding buckle is formed of a cord holding device, and an end stopper to be attached to an end of a cord. The cord holding device includes a body portion, a through-hole formed in the body portion for allowing the cord to pass therethrough, a fixing member for fixing the cord relative to the body portion, and a first coupler attached to the body portion. The end stopper includes a second coupler detachably attached to the first coupler, so that the end stopper can be detachably fixed to the cord holding device.

Code holding buckle

A zipper handle structure is formed of an attaching member to be swingably attached to a slider main portion of a zipper and having an opening and a side portion, a handle member having a through hole at one side, and a connecting member for connecting the attaching member and the handle member. The connecting member includes a first end portion with an engaging shaft, a second end portion with an engaging hole to be detachably engageable with the engaging shaft, and a center portion between the first and second end portions. When the connecting member connects the attaching member and the handle member, the first and second end portions are overlapped to engage the engaging shaft with the engaging hole, while the side portion of the attaching member is held between the first and second end portions adjacent the center portion and the engaging shaft is located in the through hole of the handle member. The handle member is swingably connected to the attaching member. In this structure, a user can easily exchange the handle member with a new one as desired, an attaching strength can be easily strengthened, and the shape and thickness of the handle member have no regulations.

Zipper handle structure

A buckle of the invention is formed of a hollow female member, which is provided with an inserting hole and first engaging portions, and a male member provided with a collar portion and elastic pieces disposed at both end portions of a front surface of the collar portion. Each of the elastic pieces includes a second engaging portion at a distal end thereof, and the elastic pieces are disposed to face each other and inserted into the inserting hole of the female member. The both end portions of the front surface of the collar portion are respectively provided with concave portions, so that the collar portion and the elastic pieces are overlapped in a longitudinal direction thereof. Accordingly, an entire length of the male member is shortened while a length of the elastic piece and bending margin are obtained as required. Thus, the entire length of the buckle formed by connecting the female member and the male member does not become too long relative to the width thereof to thereby match the balance between the length and the width of the buckle.

A cord fastener includes an insert having a lateral inner cord hole and provided at a lower portion thereof with elastic provisional retaining claws extending outwardly and catches for securing the provisional retaining claws; a shell having an insertion hole for insertion of the insert, outer cord holes communicating with the insertion hole and alignable with the inner cord hole, provisional retainers provided on the inner surface of the insertion hole below the outer cord holes for engaging the tips of the provisional retaining claws in a first state when the inner and outer cord holes are approximately aligned, and pushers provided on the inner surface of the insertion hole below the provisional retainers for pressing the provisional retaining claws inwardly in a second state when the insert is pressed further into the insertion hole than in the first state, thereby causing the provisional retaining claws to engage the catches so as to prevent them from engaging the provisional retainers; and a coil spring provided in the insertion hole for biasing the insert in the direction of projecting it outwardly from the insertion hole.

Strap fastener

A double-shot molded resin article comprises a primary molding part and a secondary molding part. The secondary molding part is molded from a thermoplastic resin having a melting point higher than the melting point of the primary molding thermoplastic resin. The primary molding part has a plurality of raised portions formed upon its surface so as to be fusion bonded to the secondary molding part. These raised portions are fused by means of the secondary molten resin at the time of the secondary molding process, whereby the primary and secondary molding parts are fusion-bonded to each other.
